We stayed in 31/12 . It was a pleasant experience . In the room we found some chocolates and a welcome bottle of prosecco . Very friendly staff . Clean rooms . Thank you so much to all the Staff ! And happy new Year !

Five-ten minutes by car from the city center of Sienna.The breakfast was plentiful and varied We had a decent sized room and it was nice and cool. My wife was a bit sick and they were super helpful. They gave us tea and lots of cold water and no extra charge.

Let's say it serves its purpose. You can go there just for one night but don't expect anything. In my opinion the hotel needs a cleaning, inside and out. Very dilapidated interior and barely sufficient cleanliness. Good and courteous welcome from the staff. Good breakfast. A few kilometers from the center

I slept in this hotel last night, that is, the night of March 2, 2024. We were given room 214 located on the first floor. Entering the room was a shock. There was only a bed base with a mattress without blankets but with only a very light satin effect bedspread in summer blue. Without bedside tables and with a small desk, the only support for things. Everything is dusty and the floor is dirty and dusty too. Without a wardrobe there was a small recess with some crutches as a storage room, all of which was also old. White walls but with black footprints everywhere and an air conditioner that we couldn't turn on because it was full of dust like everything already described, to avoid breathing mites all night. So we were also cold. The room was practically very dirty and devoid of any comfort. For this horrible room they charged us €140. A real scam. Experience to forget. Not recommended.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per due notti (29-30/12), prenotando da Booking. Si trova in posizione molto strategica, vicino al Policlinico Le Scotte, la stazione e vicino al centro. Offre tutti i comfort per ogni tipologia di soggiorno. Hotel pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Camere spaziose, personale gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Spazioso parcheggio privato. Colazione super abbondante che varia tra dolce e salato. Consiglio questa struttura!

Hotel a meno di 10 minuti d’auto dal centro di Siena . Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nella camera deluxe, appena ristruttura, carina ampia e con macchinetta del caffè … personale accogliente e sorridente e gentile . Buona colazione che spazia dal dolce al salato … abbondante buffet comunque . Hanno anche un ampio parcheggio interno ad uso gratuito delgli ospiti . Consigliato per chi fa una vacanza a Siena e vuole trascorre due 3 giorni .

Siamo stati in questo PESSIMO hotel fortunatamente una sola notte. Esperienza ORRIBILE, siamo entrati in camera e c’è un forte odore di muffa, ragnatele e polvere ovunque, ma fosse solo questo sarebbe stato un lusso, i sanitari pessimi sporchi non usufruibili, acqua fredda, intonaco che cade a terra, lo sporco in terra cenere di sigarette e stecchini in terra. Trovo assurdo avere anche il coraggio di far entrare un cliente in una stanza sudicia in quel modo. Per non parlare della colazione, cibo scaduto da 10giorni , lo abbiamo fatto Presente nemmeno si sono scusati. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.

Viaggio spesso per lavoro in questa città e devo dire che in questo Hotel mi sono trovata veramente bene! Camere recentemente ristrutturate e personale super accogliente . Avevo una camera al secondo piano con balcone , pulita e arredata con buon gusto. Quando sono entrata l'ho trovata già calda e devo dire che merita 100 punti solo per questo! Ottima e super abbondante la colazione . Comodissimo il parcheggio interno gratuito. Grazie ci rivedremo presto.

Siamo stati a hotel Anna più di un anno fa e devondir che sono rimasto paliacevolmente sorpreso dai cambiamenti.... camere molto carina e rinnovate arredate in stile moderno. Pulizia impeccabile e ampia scelta di colazione . Personale molto gentile. Parcheggio sul posto comodo e sicuro.
