Two week stay in Siena to attend Italian language school. The apartment was perfect- quiet, very comfortable bed, great bathroom, clean and everything worked fine. Location is amazing- just 200 meters from the piazza del campo. Giovanni, the property manager, was terrific, helping me with cabs, restaurant recommendations and general information.

This was our third stay with Giovanni in Siena. We had an excellent trip. Giovanni is an excellent host who is always helpful and attended to all our needs. I highly recommend staying with Giovanni. In face we are already planning our fourth stay for the Palio in July 2025!

The apartment is perfect for students, super comfortable and has everything you need, and the location is great - very close to the campo, but quiet and with a beautiful view. The landlord is super nice, it was a pleasure to live there for five months and I truly recommend it!

we had a great time in Casa vacanze il campo. The location is really center and great. The host was really nice and helped us in everything we needed. the place is clean and comfotorable to be in, defintley recommend to stay there and defintley will come back!!

Fabulous location - short walk to Il Campo. This flat was so well appointed, thoughtfully laid-out and furnished that I could live there. Good linens, both bed and bath. Plenty of toiletries. Heated towel rack. Lots of hangers in the armoire and many places to unpack/store personal items. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, especially with oft missing items (sharp knife, coffee maker intact, cutting board). The owners were very warm and more than welcoming. Giovani was able to offer needed tips and recommendations. ..

Residenza situata al centro di Siena, a pochi passi da Piazza del Campo. Gestore estremamente cortese e disponibile. Ottimi i consigli su trattorie e ristoranti. Bellissima esperienza trovarsi già al mattino e per tutta la giornata immersi nella città medioevale. Per l'automobile molto comodo il parcheggio vicino a Fontebranda con le vicine scale mobili che ti portano direttamente in centro.

Non ho soggiornato a causa dell'indisponibilità per la data prescelta di una soluzione perfettamente calzante alle nostre esigenze, ma desidero esprimere il MASSIMO apprezzamento per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, la gentilezza del riscontro, la chiarezza commerciale e l'accuratezza nel rispondere ad ogni domanda posta!!! Confortevole appartamento a due passi dalla Torre del Mangia. Due camere con due bagni indipendenti. Ottima pulizia. Dotato di lavastoviglie, lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Presente anche il necessario per la prima colazione, con alimenti tutti confezionati. I proprietari poi sono veramente gentili e disponibili. Lo consigliamo di sicuro

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura una sola notte nel nostro viaggio itinerante in moto per la Toscana. E' una struttura gestita dai proprietari, che sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno raccontato tanti piccoli dettagli interessanti di Siena. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto in box privato, adiacente alla struttura, fantastico! la posizione è perfetta, due minuti a piedi da piazza del campo...cosa chiedere di meglio? la pulizia è eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente nei nostri futuri viaggi .
