Staff was warm and welcoming, very friendly and polite. We were welcome with cold towels and welcome drinks. Our room was superb, extremely clean along with modern facilities, especially a big bathtub and a private balcony with fantastic view. Really relaxing and quiet atmosphere not so far away from the beach. Spacious swimming pool and parking. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

We stayed here for 5 nights as we wanted a relaxing beach holiday. Sokha Resort gives you just that. The staff are very friendly, the drinks and food were superb and the pool and private beach were perfect. The breakfast selection is ok and some parts of the room could be upgraded- but not a dealbreaker. Have fun!

The fifth trip to Sihanoukville I have stayed in high-end hotels such as West Lake and Jinbei in the past. Today I chose Prince Hotel on Trip to experience it. Although the overall feeling is not as luxurious as the one we have stayed in above, the attitude of the waiter at the lobby is very good. We did not check breakfast when booking the hotel. We chose the room type - double extra large. The lady at the counter directly upgraded us for free, and there was no breakfast. In addition, the increased price can be provided to us for free during the period. The originally stipulated check-out at 12 noon was also extended to 2 pm. I did not like this hotel. It is too fancy for me, prices are expensive, they don't offer water for drinking, so you have to buy it, the staff doesn't speak English, the beach is very small, you can't just walk down the beach but in circles. Some locals were protesting cause it's build on their families graveyard. All in all i would never go back there again, it seems like a perfect places for older rich people. When I come to Africa I want to see friendliness and spirit of the local people, not expensive luxury hotel where the staff has to clean your room 3x a day and you have to buy water if you're thirsty.

Was on a day/night stay at this newly opening Artisan Hotel. Once arrived I was being warmly welcome by the multi nationals staffs. The check in was efficient and the lobby was tastefully design with luxury furnitures. The buffet on the 1st serving excellent foods with so much varieties that you will be spoilt for choices. The Executive Lounge which located on the 6th Floor has a great atmosphere. Price was reasonable and they have a great live band which lid up everything. Overall it is a great hotel which great designs and most important the staff make you feel like at home. Highly recommended if you are traveling to Sihanoukville. Stand out from the rest of the packing hotels in the city.

Excellent quality price ratio, I've rented a room at 22€ well equipped: frigo boiler shampoo savon' wifi ....very clean. Perfect for one night before leaving the islands because the city of Sihanoukville is rather to avoid: construction shipyards everywhere, all shops are Chinese. Located in the center of Sihanoukville, only 3 kilometers to the beach. Not five star, but there is also a swimming pool. The room is quite satisfactory, and the sanitation is no problem. Breakfast is on the top floor, and you can choose one of the three packages. The key thing to especially praise is the lady at the front desk. My cash is stored at the front desk, which is very safe. One of them is a beautiful young lady who can speak Chinese, who saved me a lot of communication troubles and helped me exchange and collect Cambodian currency collections of various denominations. nice!

I don't know how to describe this hotel. It's perfect. It's not enough. It's hard to find a hotel with better value for money even in China, let alone Sihanoukville. In terms of geographical location, in the center of Sihanoukville, the Double Lions landmark is just downstairs, and you can see the seaside from the room. In terms of facilities and equipment, it is newly decorated and has a high-end atmosphere. In terms of service, the Cambodian girl is beautiful, enthusiastic, and can also speak Chinese. I have stayed in other hotels of the same price range in Sihanoukville, and I don't know how bad it is. It is at least three or four grades lower than this one. I used to pass by this place often.
