Reviews of Munich Hotel

It’s was such a bad experience for me. At first I pay for bathtub and sea view, but they said don’t have rooms like this, than change this at the app! At the reception I said “it’s my birthday, please give me a nice room to celebrate”, than guy said “ok”, usually hotel provided “compliment” but there didn’t say “happy birthday” even, it’s makes me feel sad. At the room was a lot of mosquitos and some stuff there broken. Think twice before u choose this hotel

Very nice stay at here. It is good for those who are looking for a nice quiet place to chill and have fun. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. A good value for money stay.

Top class hotel for reasonable price . Our room was clean, everything brand new . Distance to the see quite far if you choose to walk , but on Tuk Tuk is nothing . There was really nice swimming pool at the hotel with the bar . The staff is super helpful and polite . I recommend this hotel if you come to Sihanoukville.

Beatiful new hotel in downtown, close to Union Mall. The room was very large, everything perfectly clean, the bed verylarge and super comfortable, the bathroom fantastic. All the staff very kind and smiling. We will come back for sure!

The hotel is clean, good location, can walk to the beach or mall near there. Have a nice swimming pool for family time.

Location not very good if reception could speak English would of been better informed is beach was10 kilometres away mall was 8 kilometres breakfast was ok ordered of menu brilliant staff beside pool especially Klim hon was brilliant his English perfect one pillow given per double bed not worth the money could find something better for this amount smelt strongly of sewerage next to sewerage plant after breakfast went for a walk mall was only 850 metres about 5 minutes walk and beach was only about 14 minutes walk was very annoying as we would of gone to these the night before

Nice clean hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Room has a nice view with the sea in.the background. Convenient forvtye new shopping mall.

The hotel is nice with a nice pool. It's a bit far from the beach. If you're just looking to chill at the hotel it is nice. Great customer service. They helped me call a car to another city
