I was bitten by an ant while sleeping. An ant came up on the bed. I woke up early in the morning because of ants and asked to change rooms. I was scared. I was worried that ants would get in my luggage. But they said they couldn't change rooms even if bugs came out. I can only change bedsheets." This is the only hotel in the world that says it cannot change rooms where bugs come out. The female counter manager laughed at me in a ridiculous way. I'm angry. The sound of construction right next to the hotel is also very stressful. It's the worst. I ruined my vacation because of ants.

Big construction site right in front of the hotel. VERY NOISY FROM 7:30 A.M. TO 9 P.M.!!! Ocean view with BIG noise! Hotel management is unwilling to give any compensation although the construction/noise wasn’t indicated by the hotel. They just apologized in written. Don’t stay in this hotel with the ocean view until construction has ended.

The location is kinda far but the view and cleanliness was excellent I stay here every time I visit Sihanouk ville.

It is nice hotel, big room and good location. You can easily find a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby. Nice roof top swimming pool; but a bit small car park and the breakfast is not really impressive.

The rooms and big and pretty clean. The hotel feels luxurious. The pool is big and the view is nice, you also have a steam room (for women) and sauna (for men). You got towels at the pool. However I did not like the surroundings. There is a 7/11 tho. The breakfast is good, with western and eastern options.

A horrible place, tricks everywhere. Hotel deposit is high USD 100 and only accept cash without card. When checking out, insist you to take a seat and will just inform you after a while and hope that you will forget about the deposit, when reach airport, most people will not have enough time to redeem back. They insist on original receipt even if you ask friends to pick up.

Poor service, No welcome drink no towel for my groups, they keep going back and forth passing us. Hotel had my special request confirmed, I asked “ room in front of of each other”, but they gave me apart from each other. “Away from elevator” but they put next to elevator. Staff should be trained. Females receptionist that day very unprofessional. Location just so so, close to the beach but not a nice beach. Would never come back.

all nice about this hotel... surrounded with alot of Chinese shop... easy to get grab or tuk tuk.. breakfast is good.. gym is good

A nice hotel with lovely service and staff. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction nearby. Also, the area is full of seedy casinos. Not a family area.

This is good hotel and very big space We like and will come back to this hotel, but have many construction so noisy and dirty.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast selection is fairly limited but quality was not bad. Only complaint was that one elevator was out of order so getting to and from the lobby took time.
