From the smart facilities to the quiet nights, from the breakfast at dawn to the starry sky, your hotel completely won me over with its 'quality in the details, sincerity in the service.' AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

There seems to be a washing machine laundry room on the top floor of the hotel, but I have not been there yet. Then in the room, the facilities with a projector are still very complete, and the room is quite big, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. The front desk service was excellent; they were very helpful and enthusiastic, trying their best to accommodate all my requests. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. In the evening, they even offered a complimentary sweet soup, which was a lovely, heartwarming touch. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with shops and a plaza nearby. The laundry and drying facilities were also very convenient. Overall, a great experience!
