I stay at this hotel frequently. Every time I go back to Sihui, I stay in this hotel. I was very upset when I stayed in the hotel the past two times. Especially this time, the air conditioning and heating didn't work. There was no hot water for showering. I caught a cold and fever that night. I had to go to the bathroom the next day. All the towels I brought with me were taken away. Three of my towels were missing when I stayed in this hotel.
