Clean and nice. When I checked in, I paid more than 4,000 rupees to upgrade to a suite, but why did it cost more than 1,700 yuan on Ctrip?

Excellent service staff is very caring at the second floor restaurant we were surprised to see the chef personally interacting with everyone looking after their requirement and creating wow experience The complete hotel team was so welcoming and ensuring that we have a great experience so far my best experience

The behaviour of every staff of the hotel is very warm and courteous. They went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Rashmi, Nandini, Jasnita was always there to help us . Subhomoy Sarkar made us special meal when he got hear that our health is not good ! Overall our experience was very good during our stay in Courtyard. Looking forward to visit again !

I stayed for a work related trip. As it was not planned, was a bit troublesome for me. But after checking in, got relieved by the hospitality of Courtyard hotel. Staff specially (Housekeeping & Restaurant) were very supportive. I enjoyed my work trip and it was upto the expectations.

Always nice to visit this place. Very warm hospitality and courteous staff. Dining area and food layout is good too with more than adequate food items on display always. Generally live music at nights adds to the experience. Overall a comfortable and good stay.

It is nice experience with the hotel and Mr Ajit sarkar given very nice service he is very polite and helpfull all over every house keeping staff is very nice and kind. Im staying here almost one month and i find everything is very good and hotel staff is very helpfull.

We went to Courtyard to dine. This was our first visit there, and we had a fabulous experience. The ambience, the food, the service, and the reception was spot on. It was my birthday, and I only happened to mention it. The staff went out of their way to make my evening special by not only arranging a sweet little cake, but they also made the live band sing me a birthday song. They didn’t stop at that. The band played me songs I requested and after they left, despite being close to their closing time, the team arranged for us to use their audio set up to have a special singing session where my family joined in ***** with some other guests as well as the staff. Some of them are terrific singers, too! They were so incredibly warm and kind with their efforts to make a stranger’s birthday incredibly special. I will never forget the night. The restaurant is run by one of the finest hospitality teams I have ever seen. What a night, and what an experience!
