Peaceful escape where I come to relax and recharge. The food is always amazing & the service is exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping & the restaurant team, everyone is kind, professional, and caring. I always feel safe & comfortable here, even when I stay alone. Truly one of my favorite places.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your property, and I wanted to share some feedback to help enhance the guest experience. The breakfast was excellent and lived up to expectations—delicious and well-prepared. However, the room and welcome did not quite match the standards of a 5-star hotel. The interior and amenities fell short of what was described in the booking details, which was disappointing. I kindly suggest that management address these areas to ensure consistency. I hope future stays will be even better and fully align with your renowned 5-star reputation. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to returning once improvements are in place.

Great location, very good hotel. Very clean with western standard. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property all my family members and friend in future stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel when I come to India for business. Last time, I forgot my pillow there. I called and asked them to find it, and they called back shortly after, happily informing me they'd found it. A few days later, I drove 200 km for my personal pillow, and after waiting an hour, they told me it would be ready tomorrow! I had a flight, so I had to leave without it!

Everything was wonderful, we ended our stay with a foot message which was at the spa and simply amazing. Highly reccomended

It's overall good hotel, more like bussiness class. Food is average not that great, may be good for non vegetarian but vegetarian options are not that interesting & have to compromise on the taste also, Very expensive. Not worth paying.

Place was clean. Got upgraded in another room. Location was quite crowded but since i stayed inside that hotel, it didn affect me.

Our overall stay was pleasant, the staffs were very generous. Only the breakfast had limited options.

Had an amazing stay at Courtyard Siliguri—clean rooms, wonderful staff, and a true oasis after the hustle of backpacking in India. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!
