0/5 what a dump!Looked like the haunted hotel inside!!!Dated wallpaper that was peeling from the walls.Stained carpets in the hallway.Beds were small and hard as a rock.No bedspreads on the beds.A terrible night clerk who ignored me for 10 minutes and I was the only guest standing.He did not like women as a male guest came in and he talked to him.I finally cleared my throat and he checked me in without a smile.Thank God my Turkish family came and got us out of there.Only way it was 5 stars as whoever wrote the review thought it was the “Bates Hotel”.He was rude and the worst night clerk I ever encountered.I now am staying at a fabulous hotel across the street for $30 a week more than this hotel.Disgusting.Needs to be shut down!!!!!!

This place is an absolute DUMP. How this was certified as a 5 star hotel I’ll never understand. As soon as you walk in you will realise you are walking in to a 1 star hotel and that’s being generous. We got put here by Turkish airlines after their delay meant we missed our connecting flight home. It took more than an hour to get here from Istanbul airport and it was still in the middle of nowhere. The receptionist was insanely rude, spoke to people like she was herding cattle and wasn’t interested in anyones requests for help. Five star service this is NOT. Got to the room where there was filthy black mould all over the bathroom, the carpets were dirty and old and the whole place just smelt musty. I literally have nothing nice to say about this place at all. Not a thing. If you are a paying guest, avoid coming here at all costs. Do NOT pay five star prices because this is NOT a five star hotel. If we ever miss our flight again and Turkish airlines try to send us to this hotel I will refuse, I would rather pay for my own hotel than stay here for free. The incompetence of Turkish airlines and the terribly bad experience at Eser Diamond Hotel has tarnished the end of what was an amazing holiday.

I’ve stayed at this hotels around three times. Their rooms are very spacious and clean. They got a wonderful view over marmara sea. The hotel is located in the center of Silivri surrounded with major restaurants and coffee shops. I would definitely stay at this hotel.

I went to stay for a day, staff very warm and helpful. The room is warm from air conditioning but it's very warm. The staff immediately resolved my problem with TV. I prefer to stay again

A very perfect hotel, by the sea, with a great view. The sea water is very clean, I like it very much. Quiet, the boss is very handsome and nice, Chinese tourists can stay at ease, the boss can speak English.
