Well first off the Shower head was broken so poor water stream because it sprayed everywhere , the linen was dirty had stains or someone sat on it that was dirty, and fire alarm flashed all night which looked like a strobe light going off constantly I doubt I will go back

Deborah the receptionist was rude and had the worst attitude , she Made threats like “don’t rush me bc I have the key to your room and can go in anytime” , “I will cancel your reservation and act like you never booked it”. She was the rudest , most ghetto, and unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever encountered . While our stay there within an hour the fire dept came bc of a stove fire and the hotel didn’t evacuate anyone. These rooms are non smoking and the room I was in heavily filled with cigarette smell. I requested another room and she refused. Unpleasant atmosphere and service.

When we got to the hotel there were people in the parking lot making a fire in a grill, a person falling due to having one to many drinks and to top it off in the room was a dead roach in the bathtub, one crawling down the wall and one on the table. We immediate left and did not stay! And we did not receive a refund!

Three fire alarms went off during the stay. No fires. Room locks barely work. Cockroaches.

My only issue was that it was an extended stay, but I had to buy my own pots, pans, plates, silverware etc. But other that, the staff was very nice and quite friendly..

The wonderful pretty lady at the front desk made me day checking in and out she remembered me and asked how the concert was , and has a beautiful smile , I will definitely stay here again because of her

Some staff nice. Other staff not nice. Room clean but smelled like bleach. Hallway carpet full of stains. Fast WiFi

Check in staff was great. Elevator extremely slow. Electronic door lock was testy, as it took at least 10 swipes to open. Cabinet door was completely missing.
For a newer property it was disappointing.

Overbooked and didn’t tell me until i tried to go into my room. Didn’t offer a refund or try to find somewhere else for me to stay.
