The environment is great, and the room layout is good and spacious. It's very quiet and close to the airport. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out, even though they spoke English. Overall, it's a good place!

The hotel's location is excellent, right out of Exit 4 of Outram Park MRT station, making it very convenient to get to all the main attractions. The room was also quite clean. Plus, it's close to Chinatown and the Maxwell Food Centre. The soundproofing in the room was good too; even though we were assigned a room next to the elevator, we didn't find it noisy at all. The elevator requires a key card, which adds to the safety. The only downside is that the hotel's Wi-Fi is terrible; pages often wouldn't load. After 10-11 PM, it was pretty much unusable.
