Really 1st time in my life, forget my things (chocolate and bags) in the room while checkout and when im back asked , they said usually they throw it away and i explained my chocolate is in the bag and i put on the top behind the bed !! - during check in time , the staff busy with calling and so loud - there is no soap in the bathroom

The hotel was okay. The room was decent, but a bit small. Service was fine, nothing special. Good for a short stay. Toilet is semi transparent, though. The hotel signage, should make it more visible instead of just a piece of paper that sticks on the wall.

This hotel is good and clean and beautiful like SOFIA the cute receptionist shes was friendly and polite … Sofia is friendly to customers i rate here100 ❤️

It was good and up to standard. Price was reasonable also.

They don’t have front desk officer. You check-in through instructions given by a person a tablet at the lobby. You can also ask inquiries or asistance from that tablet or contact them through whatsapp. I recommend this hotel for people with a tight budget.

good place to stay!

Great place to stay location wise its near everything. Clean sheets and decent place to stay. Unfortunately bathroom light and the key card holder wasn’t working at the time I checked in need to manually turn on the lights and air conditioning nevertheless it was all okay. Room cleanliness could be better I saw some dirts and dusts. Amenities were provided, kettle, hair dryer (the power plug is a bit burnt had to tell the receptionist about it and they just plug it and it still works). Has rooftop and common area to hang out, laundry is available with a fee. Over all it was great place to stay.

This our second time to go to this hotel it’s very convenient near bus and mrt and restaurant just the thing is our bed it’s a bit spoil
