1. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Kenny at the front desk. He assisted me in booking the room (via Trip.com, dynamic pricing) and showed me how to use the items in the room. He also answered all my queries very patiently.
2. Great location. Easy access to food, shopping and public transport.
3.For long term stay, would be great if Coliwoo can assist in changing the bed linen every week. ( The tenants are expected to wash their own bed linen ). Would also like to suggest more lockable drawers to keep valuables as the safe is small.

The staff's attitude towards customers is terrible. Please review the customer service department. The customer lost the anniversary money and the staff could not resolve it. The hotel said they would refund the deposit after 7 days and now it's been more than 2 weeks and still hasn't paid the customer.

Great deal in Singapore! Very clean and great rooms for the price. Close to malls and metro too. Only downside was the noisy neighbors who were a young couple who had a fight for several days and were yelling at each other. But that was not the hotels fault. Would come back and highly recommend.

Service is non existent. No cleaning the entire stay. Location is okay. Rooms are tiny but clean

Sound proofing is poor. Bathroom will be wet after shower as there is no shower curtain and Toilet space is small. Cleaning is done only once a week. (Only vacuum and disposal of rubbish, no changing of towel/ sheets). Does not provide washing detergent. Will not recommend if you're use to bigger room/ quieter rest/ cleaner accommodations.
