Coliwoo Orchard - Co-Living Serviced Apartments

The room was smaller than expected however besides that the amenities were great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coliwoo Orchard during my Chinese New Year visit, and I can't rave enough about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the fantastic team at Coliwoo Orchard made me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and attentive service truly stood out, especially from Ivy, Xinyi, Simbu and the frontline officers. Whether it was offering local tips or assisting with any requests, they were always there, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of Coliwoo Orchard is simply unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Singapore, I found myself surrounded by vibrant energy, with numerous shopping and dining options just a stone's throw away. The easy access to public transportation made getting around the city a breeze, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the festive atmosphere. All in all, my visit to Coliwoo Orchard was a memorable one, marked by excellent service and a prime location. I can’t wait to return for my future Singapore visits!

I really like the location of this place. It’s convenient and easy to get around, which made my stay very comfortable. One of the best parts for me was the office/workspace area — it’s a great option if you need to work remotely or just want a quiet place to focus. The room and common areas were clean, which I appreciated. For the price, it’s definitely affordable and offers good value. However, there are a few downsides. The lift is quite slow, especially during busy hours, so you may need extra time when going up or down. The gym is also quite small, with limited equipment, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning serious workouts. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly place with a great location and clean environment. Despite a few small inconveniences, I think it’s worth the price and I would consider staying here again.

I’ve stayed at two other Coliwoo properties before, and this was my third. Unfortunately, it left the lowest overall impression among the three. I understood that cleaning would only be provided once during a one-week stay, but the room was barely cleaned. I also noticed several small insects crawling on the wall. The limited amenities (like body soap) were not replenished either. There was a shared area used by several rooms, and it often had an unpleasant smell. Another downside was the elevator situation—there were too few elevators for the number of rooms and floors, so the waiting time was frequently very long. On the positive side, although the listing said there was no washing machine, there was a simple one in the room, and there were also free-to-use machines in the common area, which was convenient.

The location is amazing, only 5 mins walk to the mall. Highly recommended if you're planning to stay for at least 2 weeks

Location is excellent. Transport convenient. MRT nearby. Lots of malls and eateries around. Apartments quiet and fairly well managed. Facilities fine except for shower/toilet which wets and soaks up after each shower. Hope towels can be changed more frequently. But staffs (eg Azim and Joey with whom I had contact) are responsive and helpful. Will stay here again.

Convenient location, close to shopping and food area. Well equipped for appliances. Great value. Will stay again.
