Mandarin Oriental, Singapore (Staycation Approved)

Service was excellent and room was spacious. Did not have to call for most of the services instead they were provided before we even asked for them. Melt was especially fantastic and seafood was fresh. Though the bathroom design was rather weird.

1. Checkin is definitely smooth fast as there is enough staff to assist you. 2. It was just next to the Marina Square shopping mall. Convenient for food and little shopping. Opposite is esplanade’s and also Suntec City is just behind. Every where is convenient. 3. Lobby itself is very clean and look atas 4. The room that I book is ocean view, it is really looking at the ocean. There is a bath tub come with it. It is good for kids who love bath tub. The staff will make up your room finish once you finish your breakfast. The staff there are patients and will answers to your usual request like extra towel or bottle of drinks on time. 5. Overall my kids and I love the room especially the view.

I was really impressed by the service rendered during our stay at Mandarin Oriental. The process of checking in/out was very smooth and the staff were all very friendly and approachable. My child was very happy and we really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Margaret for making our stay a memorable one. She ensured our needs were met and was very friendly towards my son! :) We hope to come back again one day.

MO met my expectations and beyond what I expected. Having been to other MOs overseas, this is however the first time I have stayed in MOSIN. It was quite a last minute decision to stay in MO for my Dad's birthday staycation, as there was an issue with the prior hotel I have booked. Totally no regrets to change to MO! Once I have confirmed my booking, I emailed to share I will be celebrating my Dad's birthday and from there it went very smoothly. Indeed, when we checked into the room, the birthday set up and complimentaries were really wonderful. Reaching at 11+ am, I thought we could just place our luggages there and proceed to Kiztopia, which was included in our room package too. But thankfully, we were checked in right upon arrival, and the room was already amazingly set up. The balloons put a smile on the kids faces, as well as the adults. The mini birthday cake was delicious as well as the local delights platter (happened to be all 3 are my favs!). My dad enjoyed the sparkling sodas and my mum likes the pineapple cakes received as MO Fans. The King City Suite which I have booked is spacious and gave ample space for the 2 kids to be playing with the balloons which were set up as decoration. Complimentary 2 roll-away beds and a crib was also a plus point, having already set up when we entered. Staff was warm and friendly throughout the hotel. Enjoyed the convenience of booking the pool and getting through the hotel through WhatsApp. Had a great time at the pool, we got the pool during sunset all by ourselves with beautiful views. Also, during check out we were given the family photo which we have taken in the room. Such a nice ending to our stay, and a warm momento. We totally enjoy our stay there, and I really appreciate the warm services from the staff at MO. Planning to come back and hope the hospitality will remain amazing as I had this time, if not better. Thank you so much once again MO for the great hospitality! :)

Services was good, staff was very polite and answer all my questions. We were served with welcome gift of 2 pineapple tarts and continued with some cakes and small treats due to my baby birthday celebration. Room was decorated with hand-drawn balloons and the receptionist staff follow us into our room to take picture with the decoration and send us the printed photos at the end of the stay. Room was big even with roll-away bed prepared, with sofa and work desk on the corner. Breakfast spread was decent but the food quality is good. Finally now the breakfast is buffet-style served assisted from the staff behind the glass screen. We were given bicycle healthy snacks even though we did not manage to use the bicycle. Swimming pool is empty when we go in and the marina bay background is beautiful. Unfortunately the swimming pool access is only up to 7pm which hinders us taking picture of the city lights. I hope the hotel can consider opening the access to swimming pool beyond 7pm. Overall is a great experience!
