Quay 17 by Cove - Brand new serviced apartments - River Valley, Robertson Quay

The room was nice and it came with an ensuite bathroom. I wish I'd paid attention to the small print though, as I thought I was getting an apartment. The kitchen and living area are all shared with another 2 rooms in the unit I was in. Not a major deal but for the price I thought I was getting my own place. Check in was a bit of a nightmare. Arrived early but couldn't check in because the codes for all the doors you need to go through were set and I'm pretty sure I was talking to a bot who didn't understand what I was trying to tell it. On a busy road and the windows aren't soundproofed so if you're a light sleeper like me you won't get much sleep. Comfortable bed and a nice modern design. Really close to a mall round the corner and near enough to all the tourist stuff.

Amazing stay. The check in instruction was clear. No issue at all. The room was ready and clean upon my arrival around 3/4pm. The location is just amazing. Walking distance amazing bars and river side.

i booked a room for 1 person and due to my travel change i needed to stay with my partner and i wanted to negotiate or change my booking but hosts were too strict. i dont know if its legal to operate serviced apartment in Singapore. But i would suggest to book a hotel from the first place.

The location is quite good and convenient. However, I had serious problems during check-in. From 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. no one replied to my messages. The check-in information was sent one hour later than promised, and neither I nor customer support received any response during that time. In addition, there was no hot water in the shower. Instead of clean towels, I found someone else’s dirty, used towels in the laundry basket. The door with the code also stopped working from time to time, and I had to wait for someone to leave in order to get inside. Overall, the experience was stressful and poorly managed despite the decent location.
