Coliwoo Midtown (Newly Opened) - Co-Living Serviced Apartments

Location was very central and near to down town. Only 10mins walking to Bras Basah and Bencoolen MRT stations. There are many shops and food centre nearby. Room is really tiny and can hardly close the door with the bed right at the edge. Bed is also too short and my legs were dangling off the bed whole night.

Picture misleading. So small , it is for solo traveller. Stayed for 6nights. Have to share common kitchen and corridor with other unit as it is unit a and unit b. Room would have been bigger. Cleaning only once per week on certain weekdays. Bed very high and too near to tv. No extra pillow provided, toilet also has only 1 toilet roll, space too squeezy to bathe. No tissue paper provided. Toilet roll handle even fall out. Good thing is there is fridge, washing machine, window that has function to change day, sky, dark and big LG tv to watch netflix and youtube. Even tried asking to extend the stay but was quoted at high price that is equivalent to expensive bugis hotel around there. Turns out recep stated deluxe and superior all have windows but listing stated some have some do not have. And standard room is even a higher grade but very disappointed with the size of room. Even saw next door unit b, layout has window, size bigger, able to come down from side and front of bed. Toilet space is bigger. Unit b was empty but no upgrade provided.

Wonderful stay. Really like living in your own apartment. Convenient and centrally located. Facilities were well maintained, unfortunate that i couldnt experience the ice bath as it is still under construction. Gym was good. There was some smoke ventilation issues on the first 2 nights, smelt like karaoke room that started at 9pm and last through yhe night. Msged the whatsapp and facilities came with dettol freshener and went to fix the ventilation. Coworking space was nice to use, could have more power plugs as the wall seats tend to be fully utilized. Booking system for meeting room was also quite inconvenient so end up staying in the room for calls. Should have a mini ipad to book instant meetings / book in advance instead of relying on staff to book. When neighbours cook deep fried stuff, ventilation isn’t very good. Can smell the cooking from lobby to common corridor (thankfully it wasn’t my immediate neighbour), noticed the facilities team placed a ventilation device beside the room that was deep frying. Not sure why theres no hot water in the rooms, tried once to make hot drink in the gym cuz theres a hot water dispenser. Love the drinakble water filter in the room though!! All in all, clean, convenient, comfortable, accessible, responsive, good stay.

Super bad service, room kept leaking, key card kept locking us out for so many times. Tried communicating with staff but was brushed off simply by giving transferring us around back and forth.

the room is clean and tidy. there is kitchen free to use also which is quite nice
