I rarely leave bad reviews, but this Marriott really disappointed me. It offers terrible value for money and tarnishes the Marriott name. The duvet smelled, and the pillows were all really high and not even down. I called twice in the middle of the night for a lower pillow, waited half an hour, and it finally arrived late. Breakfast was also very mediocre. Besides the good location, it had no other redeeming qualities. The next day, I decisively switched to the Grand Hyatt next door.
