4.5/5Excellenti love the big room and bed but i feel that the fridge could be colder… and they shld have an express check out box for guests to drop their hotel cards instead of having to queue at the same line with the check in guests which always takes a long time!

4.7/5OutstandingUpon checking in, there are hiccups with the system down. It is obvious the front desk people are doing their best to alleviate the situation by assuring the guest and offering a free welcome drink for the wait. The service has been decent as they are patient to answer my various enquiries. Maybe due to issues with the system down, i was given a huge upgrade to the junior suite. The room was great, with various useful applications like microwave and hdmi. The space of the hotel is huge, based on its original price point, it is well worth the money. The location is slightly far from mrt. However it is near the cultural centre(katong) in which you can view the various shophouses. There are various food choices and cafes in that area such as birds of paradise under the Michelin guide. For muslim travellers, currently the halal kitchen in the hotel is under renovation however there are various halal options around too. It is near a shopping mall (parkway parade) and convenience stores. Hence this hotel is recommended if you want a Staycation or if you are a foodie.

Everything is okay. 1 thing that miss out is minibar drinks and warm or hot water. I love the environment and the bed is comfy. I have not tried the swimming pool yet but is big for others who are staying to share.
