The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was just okay and very crowded. Also, the hotel staff were incredibly rigid. Be warned: if you're staying for a week, once you check in, you cannot cancel any subsequent nights. This hotel has a strict no-cancellation policy, and no amount of negotiation or communication will change that – it's ridiculous. However, I was very satisfied with Trip.com's customer service; they genuinely looked out for the customer and tried to mediate with the hotel. This negative review is solely for the hotel itself.

Conveniently located 400 meters from the MRT station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast is mainly Western, and it's a great value for money option on Orchard Road. Very suitable for travel stays.

It's like staying right in the heart of Chongqing's Jiefangbei, the king of locations – super convenient for getting anywhere. The room is compact but they're very proactive with cleaning, and there are plenty of toiletries. There's even an extra bed for kids, which was a nice little comfort in crowded Singapore.

Environment: The room was very clean, and the lobby had a nice atmosphere. There was a good variety of breakfast options every morning, and the staff promptly refilled them. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and many shopping malls. Service: The staff were all very helpful, and they also offered free luggage storage.

This is definitely the best choice if you're looking to shop on Orchard Road, but the room is quite small. The breakfast is decent. If I had more options, I probably wouldn't pick this place. It's connected to the back of a shopping mall.

The location is incredibly convenient. You step right out into Ngee Ann City, the heart of Orchard Road. The bus stop is just a minute's walk away. Pullman Hotel is right next door, and the Hilton is across the street. Somerset is a 5-minute walk, and Orchard MRT station is only 2 minutes further. The hotel's breakfast is just okay. I stayed for three nights, and the dishes were always the same; nothing particularly exquisite or delicious, just enough to fill you up. The croissants and Danish pastries used a mediocre shortening, probably vegetable or chemical-based, and didn't taste good. The coffee machine was good, and they provided cups for takeout. Every night, there were complimentary drinks like lemonade and calamansi juice in the lobby. The room was very compact and small. The space utilization was maximized; one door served as both the toilet and shower door. The staff provided excellent service. They helped me with change, offered helpful information, directed me to the public hospital emergency room, and assisted with calling a taxi. There's a laundry room, costing 8 RMB to wash and 8 RMB to dry. There's also an ice machine and a gym. The price was a bit high during the Chinese New Year period, costing around 2300 RMB per night. Good location. Good staff. Breakfast has room to improve. Room is a little bit tight. But it's a budget hotel, so what more can you expect? It has a gym room and clothes washing machines.

Newly renovated room, clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to move around. The bathroom is clean, and the shower has great water pressure. The breakfast offers a good variety, especially the yogurt and coffee selections. Freshly squeezed juice is also available in abundance. The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop just a few steps outside. The air conditioning works well and provides ample cooling. The windows cannot be opened freely; you need to sign a disclaimer, but you can request them to be opened for ventilation. The front desk staff can communicate in various languages, and the service is professional.

This is a budget hotel, and I felt the comforters weren't very clean. We booked two rooms, and in both, we felt itchy on our necks after sleeping. The comforters also looked a bit dingy. There were a lot of Indian guests. Also, the rooms were too noisy; the air conditioning was incredibly loud. On the first night, I slept in room 701, which was right next to the elevator and also very noisy. We didn't get any good sleep at all. It seems trying to save money isn't always a good idea! Today, upon returning to Singapore from Malaysia, we checked into the Pullman next door, and the room facilities are much better!

Located on Orchard Road, the hotel's position is decent, about 600 meters from both Orchard and Somerset MRT stations on the Red Line. The room was incredibly small. When we checked in around noon, our Queen bed + sofa bed room wasn't ready, so they gave us a twin bed + sofa bed room instead, which felt even more cramped. My extra bed was sadly squeezed into a tiny corner. The soundproofing in the room was good, but there was no ventilation, which made me wonder if they were trying to mask a smell? There was an overpowering naphthalene (mothball) scent. On the brighter side, the breakfast was quite good and very generous.

The room was quite small, and my husband initially thought we'd been given the wrong one. However, the location is truly excellent. It's tucked in an alley between the large Apple Store and Nike store on Orchard Road, making it very easy to find. From the airport, we took the MRT to Somerset station, and Gaode Maps navigated us right there. There are tons of malls and food options nearby, including Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, Ya Kun Kaya Toast, and Coconut Club. Getting around was super convenient, always starting from Somerset MRT and then using navigation for transfers. Most people there speak some Mandarin, so we didn't have any communication issues. A special shout-out to an older Chinese lady working at the hotel breakfast. She was small in stature, incredibly warm and attentive. Every morning, she helped us find a table and was just so friendly.

This is a new hotel with clean rooms and good design. It's in a great location, right next to Paragon, offering a peaceful stay despite being in a bustling area. The front desk service is excellent; they promptly address any requests. If you need your room cleaned, just hang the 'make up room' card outside your door. They even offer both soft and firm pillows, which is a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely rebook here next time. The ergonomic chair is comfortable, and the toiletries and water purifier are gentle, showing great attention to guest comfort.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Orchard Road, with a bus stop just next door, making it super convenient to get anywhere. However, Singapore is quite expensive, so I didn't really feel like buying much. The bus ride to the Night Safari took about an hour and a half.

The hotel room is very comfortable and clean it is suitable for solo traveller.
