Oxford Hotel

I booked a room with three single beds at your hotel, and your photos were very appealing, showing a nice environment. However, when I entered the room, there was a strange smell, and it certainly wasn't three separate beds. Instead, two beds were pushed together, and a third, completely uncomfortable bed was squeezed in, making the room incredibly cramped. Do you really think consumers are ******, to be treated however you please? We were exhausted after a long day of walking, looking forward to resting at the hotel, only to be met with this. I took photos of all the discrepancies and issues in the room; our room number was 0712. If you're the manager or in charge, perhaps you should spend two nights sleeping in there yourself before you respond to me with your opinion.

The price is good, but the facilities are a bit old. I'd suggest bringing disposable bed sheets. It's conveniently located near the subway. The front desk staff communicate in English, and overall, communication was smooth and check-in was easy.
