A Hotel Bugis

location oke, near to bugis street and haji lane, fromt the hotel is bus stop must to know the room small and the toilet no bidet

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Bathroom was a bit small but it was clean. Bed was prepared nicely, no bed bugs.

Room is fine but bathroom sink is yellowish. Neighbor rooms tend to be noisier due to poor sound proofing.

The staffs is friendly, location are great. Just need to improve the cleanliness of room and bathroom.

Super good!!! Very hospitable and very close to the city centre of Singapore!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the A Bugis Hotel. It is conveniently located and the front desk is always available to help and friendly. I stayed in a double twin room with no windows, this was not an issue for me as I mostly used it to sleep. The shower was easy to use and hot water came immediately. A few areas for improvement - the common hallway floor is white and attracts loose hair easily and it's very obvious to the eye. This creates a sense of uncleanliness even though everything else was fine - there is very little sound proofing through the doors, anyone talking in the hallway will sound like they are right by your door. I think some improvements can be made to make the doors more insulated for guests to have more privacy - there is no dish soap to wash hands by the sink. The staff instructed me to use the shower gel but that required me to step into my shower each time. While I understand the need to be eco conscious, it cannot hurt to install a soap dispenser near the sink for ease of frequent use.

Stay 4 nights Room Condition is bad Door frame and hinge faulty/jammed, open and close door have to kick or pull force, I doubt if a lady they may have hard time to in or out. Toilet water drainage stucked, with the 4 days observed cleaner just go with regular task but didn't even clear or spot it.

I was in the hotel for a conference. The room they gave me had a serious humidity problem, when I confronted the front desk about it, they were very kind to me and provided an alternative room with no problem. The staff was very kind.

We love staying at A Hotel. Hence, we came back again. Pleasant to be greeted by friendly hotel staff. Check-in was a breeze. Room is clean and housekeeping staff were always ready to make-up room. Best city location, with plenty of F&B outlets. We will be back! Big thank-U to Susan and Sam @ the front desk, for your warm hospitality!
