was transferred to heritage collections smith street... just inside china town, life is around. 711 next door. room is clean and in right size. got everything I need at a reasonable price. Mary, Shannen and Yani are very helpful n responsive to requests. good support n considerate services.

The location is excellent — close to the MRT, bus stops, and tourist attractions. Very convenient for traveling. The room is fully equipped with amenities, clean, safe, and peaceful. I’m very impressed.

clean room and super convenient location! staff , yani, mary and shannen were super patient and prompt with my questions. recommend to solo travellers and couples as the space is perfect for 2. will definitely come again! :)

Cosy and clean place.

Overall experience staying with this hotel is excellent! The staffs Gracie, Yani, Mary and Shannen, who helped me onsite and through chat with luggage, check in and everything since day 1 until I left are so friendly and helpful. Definitely a place that wont disappoint you. I like it that everything is so clean and tidy in the room.

Perfect location right in the heart of Chinatown with 2 MRT stations nearby: Chinatown and Maxwell MRTs
We booked the Premium Suite which was a little bit better in space equipped with a washing and drying machine as well as a small kitchen
Mary was excellent in her service and we were pleased with her commitment to finding solutions. Yani and Mary replies were quickly made, so it was an edge if I had to compare the experience to Heritage Pagoda
Negative point: No lifts if you have some luggage this might be an inconvenience
Would definitely recommend both places: Chinatown and Pagoda based on our experiences
