Run down hotel in need of upgrading and repairs, dirty, stained bed sheets and towels, insects in the room, tiny bathroom without showercurtain. Table broken. AC cannot be controlled. Room is small, not really suitable for a couple. very bad value for money, paid about 750 RMB per night. Location is good, bu there are many better options in the area.

Jayleen checked in me early! I was so happy! Closed to Chinatown and Clarki bars. Breakfast was small but enough.

The location is very strategic, however there was a construction working around for electricity work. I think it should be call hotel, it should be hostel level. The room is small, and the building is very old. I think all the covered and towel need to change, it is really old as well. It is ok is you are just looking for a place to sleep. Internet speed is fast.

Convenient, 5mins walk to e Clarke Quay Mrt Stn. There’s 7-11 beside it & Cheers opposite it. Breakfast was simple Asia mixed rice style. Veg was slightly hard though. Room was small, bed was slightly on e hard side. Recommended for a day or 2 stay. Thanks 😊

In conclusion, while the service and facilities were standard and met basic expectations, the breakfast offered was satisfactory, if not exceptional. On the positive side, the location was a significant highlight, providing convenient access to key attractions. Best costumer services. It is better than any 5 star hotel. Clara and Michelle are very supportive. All the staff are friendly and supportive.

The beds were hard, need new beds. The pillows were hard and only allow to have one pillow. I requested for extra pillow as there was nothing in the cupboard inside the room. I wasn't allow to have 2 extra pillows. The bathroom/toilet stinks. There should be a air freshner inside. Also the toilet and the door are too closed, our knees reach the door and very small space. The wash face facility/sink bowl should always be in the bathroom. in this case in was where you make tea and coffee. there was no milk or any biscuits for complimentary. The coffee complimentary was not nice coffee flavour. Four nights we came back with a sore neck and sore back. Not a good experience. The breakfast was over cooked, especially the scramble eggs over cooked that it looks almost purple, and we got beaten by mosquito's. There was no toilet paper when we need to use the bathroom. I was sad and disappointed because I bought my mother with me on this trip.
