5/5PerfectIt was my first time to go abroad. After choosing for a long time, I finally chose Mercure. The price was affordable. Service: Check in is a European and American girl. My English is not good and her Chinese is average, but we communicated very patiently and even had a little fun. But in terms of cleaning, I feel like I just let it happen. Some ladies are more careful. One day they didn’t even wash the water glass. Hygiene: The room itself is very clean. It is said to be 15 square meters. In fact, I think it is very comfortable to live there. Environment: Right in front of the hotel is the bus station Raffles and Bugis MRT stations. It is convenient to go to major attractions in the city center. There is a dedicated platform for taking taxis. Facilities: Although drinking water is not provided, it is very convenient to provide direct drinking water.

4.5/5ExcellentThe location of the hotel is good, not far from the surrounding subway stations, there is a small swimming pool on the 7th floor, you can take pictures. The view on the R floor on the top of the building is relatively wide. The room is generally clean. There are many people for breakfast. The only food you can eat is fried eggs, milk and oatmeal. Maybe my requirements are a bit high.
