Great place to stay for the cost. Near the mrt and plenty of food choices and shopping choice around the hotel. For the room, it is cosy, clean and comfortable and so will definitely come back again.

The room is small in comparative to the room rate, though location is perfect. Overall cleanliness is good but found bathroom flies and mildew that should be improved.

While I was resting in my room, a staff member opened the door with a master key and walked in. I was extremely upset and reported this incident to a female staff member named Joy at the front desk on the 1st floor. Because my English is not fluent, I had trouble explaining the situation smoothly, but she responded to me with a very poor attitude, sighing openly. She claimed that the staff entered to check if the room was cleaned because the "Do Not Disturb" sign was not turned on. However, I never requested room cleaning, nor did I turn on any lights next to the room door. This is a clear violation of my privacy, and if such a policy exists, it should be explicitly explained to guests during check-in. I visit Singapore frequently, but I have never experienced a hotel like this, and I have no intention of ever staying here again.

Room was ok with the expected size but I was taken aback when I realize the size of the gym room is equally as small. Apart from that the rest were all great.
