4.5/5ExcellentI had a great time spending with my family at D'Resort. I had requested an early check in and it was nice to know that they are able to cater to my request. The room was clean but I think the wallpaper will need some fixing as the area near the balcony was coming off and peeling. The door to the balcony area was quite heavy so had a hard time closing and opening. But nonetheless it was fine not that I really mind. Had a quality time with my family. The cleaners were friendly and nice. A good thing is that there were sheltered walkway directly from the 2nd and 1st floor to downtown east so it's covered during rainy days. Thank you.

4/5Very GoodThe hotel is very nice and very much recommended. However, location is slightly remote especially when compare to other hotels in Singapore. Service is alright but the staff couldn't give proper direction to the mall, it is better to use your own GPS on your phone...

Haven't found the right property yet?
If you book through here you can’t have bbq pit. You need to top up $90 plus. D resort admin side is not helpful. Didn’t give full details on how to book the ground room with the bbq pit outside. Only ask after we asked, then they told us need top up again for ground floor room. As we are left with no choice , we decided to just top up but end up. Was told no more rooms left. If they could have just tell us way before and not until we asked, all these could have been avoided.
