Really enjoyed staying there, perfect for a long layover. Would definitely stay there again. Also had option for a meal and even breakfast. 👌🏻 Shared bathroom was also nice and clean.

Standard room didn't have a bathroom but was very clean with a TV. Wanted a shower though after my flight and didnt really want to use the communal bathroom so I upgraded. Unfortunately ended up being overcharged but staff were very good when I emailed them about it.

Lovely hotel for a 6 hour stay while waiting on connecting flight. Room was very comfortable, clean and perfect for a few hours sleep. It was quiet and the bathroom facilities very clean. We got a choice of a nice meal when we were checking out, which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel and it is airside so the connecting flight and the gates are close and convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 hours during a layover at Changi Airport. There are four shared private showers, which, like the rooms, were very clean and I was able to use them comfortably.

We have a transit flight at T2 but decided to book the Aerotel at T1 because of the twin room availability. Extended hour of stay can be requested upon check in. The front desk service was very pleasant. The hotel is closed to the train access to other terminals. The room is very cleaned, spacious and the surrounding is quiet. I would definitely recommend the transit hotel to anyone who has transit flights to catch and need a place to rest.

The room has no way to control the aircon, the vent is located directly above the bed area. I was cold, the reception offered an extra blanket, however i still was not comfortable having a vent above my head while sleeping.

The service was excellent and very welcoming. There were no issues communicating in Mandarin. I've stayed here multiple times, and it's incredibly convenient for transiting as you don't need to go through immigration. The rooms are spotless, and the environment is great.
