nice location, clean room, good facility

This is a hotel with indifference, no integrity and staff who are full of lies. We booked two identical room types through Ctrip, staying for one month and one week respectively, and the hotel gave two rooms on different floors and one was bigger than the other (the room for one week was bigger). So we asked the front desk to exchange the check-in period of the two rooms. The front desk agreed and took our documents for exchange. However, after a few days of check-in, the hotel called and informed us that we would check out the larger one according to the length of stay for one week. We were very surprised and wonder why the hotel backtracked on what was promised. So I patiently explained that we booked two identical room types, so no matter which one we checked out after a week, it would be the same, and the hotel staff replied: We never promised you, I refuse you. I further explained that because we have to live for a month and it is very inconvenient to carry all the luggage when there are old people and children, I hope the hotel can abide by the previous promise. At this time, the hotel staff actually started to lie, claiming that the floor where I live will be repaired and the air conditioner will be unoccupied from next week. This is obviously a lie. How should the hotel arrange for guests on this entire floor? Seeing that I exposed her lie, The staff member continued to say that the big room I live in will be arranged for corporate customers next week. I asked whether individual customers should be discriminated against. Then her answer was even more ridiculous. She said that future guests would know What is the number of the room I stayed in? How is this possible? After repeated communication to no avail, the hotel stopped communicating with me and sent an email to Ctrip, saying that we requested an extension of stay but the hotel had no room, completely ignoring the fact that we had booked two rooms, and there was no such thing as an extension of stay. After that, Ctrip intervened to communicate with the hotel, but the hotel still had a tough attitude. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never seen anything like this. The hotel not only has no integrity, but also treats different groups of people very differently. For example, when receiving Western guests, the porter will unload the luggage from the car and carry it in the door, while our luggage will be delivered to the room after being urged. Advise all Chinese guests to avoid this hotel, otherwise you will get "extraordinary" treatment.

What a wonderful experience it was to stay at Wilby Central Apartments in Singapore. Set in a quiet street close to three MRT lines, the apartment was super, super clean with fast internet, washing machine, hot shower and firm bed. Tremendous housekeeping team was so thorough and the weekday breakfasts on level 5 were just lovely. The staff were beyond excellent. I arrived after midnight and 24-hour concierge was there to welcome me. MJ was my first encounter and was so friendly and super helpful. Chief concierge Thaya showed me through the room’s amenities and Iskandar checked me out with a smile. Manager Serene helped with a small issue and she can be very proud of the establishment and team that she runs. It really is first-class! I can’t recommend this property highly enough. I’m back in Singapore next January and look forward to staying here again.

The location was fab and walking distance to many places of interest as well as close to MRT station. Food courts and shopping areas are within walking distance. Staff are friendly and the room is spacious with washing machine, drying facilities . A kitchenette with fridge etc is very handy. Great stay here. This is our second visit and it meets all our needs and expectations.

The Wilby Central Serviced apartments are an ideal choice for accomodations when visiting Singapore. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are very clean and modern and the location is close to thr Bugis MRT station so you can easily get to the top attractions of Singapore with ease. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Pleasant stay for 8 nights and 9 days. The amenities and kitchenette were excellent, making the stay very comfortable. Great location with exceptionally friendly staff, and housekeeping was well done—the environment was consistently clean and pleasant. I truly enjoyed my holiday here and hope to return again. Breakfast and tea time were convenient and enjoyable as well. Highly recommended.

This is my third time staying at Wilby Central, and once again I had an excellent experience. The location is outstanding — everything you need is within walking distance, and there are several metro stations nearby with access to multiple lines. The room was clean, airy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our daily routine. The hotel staff is outstanding. Everyone is extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive. An excellent choice in Singapore.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Wilby central. Shoutout to Thaya and Prakash as well as the rest of the staff for friendliness and professionalism. Thank you, guys. Great location near mrt stations and bus stops, but also, you can pretty much walk to anyway from here. Housekeeping 3 days a week, the place is kept very clean. Breakfast is provided on weekdays: it’s simple, so don’t expect hotel level buffet. I’d stay here again.

I passed a good times at Wilby. The room is always cleaned very well. Thank you for Ms.who is working very hard to clean the room. And also thanks for Ms.THILAN, Ms. NURUL, Ms. ZURAINI, and Ms. XIUYING, who are the staffs every morning are all friendly say good morning to me, and provide guests breakfast.

During my several-month stay at this apartment, what stood out the most was the people. Every staff member was genuinely kind, and any questions or requests were always handled promptly and with a smile. This place truly felt like home. The consistent warmth and friendliness I experienced whenever I met the staff in the mornings and evenings is what I will remember most. If I have the chance to visit Singapore again, I would gladly bring small souvenirs as a token of my appreciation. I would also confidently recommend this apartment to others. The room and facilities were excellent and well maintained, making long-term living comfortable and hassle-free throughout my stay. I would especially like to commend Serene Teo and Iskandar for their exceptional support. They were always proactive and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and I am sincerely grateful to them. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Everything was clean and organized. Staff, most especially Thera, are all nice and accomodating to us. Would book this accomodation again on our next Singapore trip!
