Ascott Orchard Singapore

Very nice studio apartment style. Nice and friendly service. Very helpful staffs. The lobby is very welcoming and giving a warm feeling. Location is great, just across paragon. We can just walk through the parking lot and oila .. it is Paragon so near without crossing the road My room on the 17th floor got a nice building n streets view

Good to stay as usual. Clean and feeling at home. Shopping at paragon and takashimaya is breeze!!

Upon arrival, we requested luggage stands and were told they would be sent to our room. However, after waiting for some time, I received a call informing me that none were available and that they would not be able to provide even one. We had five checked-in suitcases, so this was extremely inconvenient. In the end, we had to place our luggage in every available corner of the suite just to make space. Additionally, when I called to follow up, the staff member did not sound pleasant and simply told me there was nothing they could do. This was very disappointing, especially as it’s our first time experiencing such poor service at a hotel.

whenever we visit to Singapore we always like to stay at Ascott , which is good service and friendly staffs there . we love to stay again

The prime location, cleanliness, facilities and service are all meeting our expectation. By the way, this is our 2nd time staying in Ascott Orchard Singapore. Will be back again next time.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home.

Location was great and room was spacious! Mall access was convenient and overall a good sta
