4.7/5OutstandingBook for my husband birthday. Hotel feels a little dusty. Since it is for my husband birthday I didn’t complain. Set up quickly and went off to fetch my husband to the hotel. Hotel was nice to deliver a slice of cake over. We also requested for 5 bottle of water and they kindly deliver to the room. Not bad for the price paid

4.5/5ExcellentIt is conveniently located at town area. They provide pretty good service, however, when I tried to call for services they didn’t pick up. The room is pretty clean but slightly old probably because I got the old wing. Overall, it was a good experience.

3.7/5Pleasant stay in Carlton hotel, the location is great (Near to a big shopping mall with lots of food options) and accessible by train! The service is great too, able to assist whenever needed. However, the downside is the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering the room, saw some ants on the table, slight stains as well. Overall, still a lovely experience but could do better with the hygiene aspect!

Haven't found the right property yet?
Stay here with my sister for 2 night and its completely an amazing stay. The stay is actually a gift for my sister for her graduation day. Requested for deco but somehow they unable to do but I appreciate it as they upgrade my room and suprise us a delicious cake when we came back from our busy plan. Unforgetable moment was watching TV till morning love the chromecast which all hotel should have this. The gentleman at the driveway on the day of my check in he is so profesional both of then i didnt manage to get their name. That night when we came back from dinner he recognize us and welcome us back. On the day check in the staff who check in us did a great job although he could be more friendly but thanks to him for upgrading my room. The housekeeping service and cleanliness is tiptop thanks for making the bed comfy. The operator should be more proactive in answering the call. Overall my stay is perfect!
