Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a few days whilst visiting singapore. We decided on the six man dorm for our stay. Check in was simple and the 24 hour reception was very good for late arrivals. The Staff at reception were lovely and very informative on where to go/how to travel around the city. The room was layed out so that the four beds in the corner of the room had air conditioning, a table, a lampshade and charging ports. However the middle two beds had nothing. I understand that guests are assigned beds so that at least one person in your party has access to the facility’s. Because I slept in the middle bed, it was very hot throughout the night, I sometimes struggled to sleep or woke up very early due to the heat and sunlight entering the room. The hostel also offered a range of instant noodles, beers and cold drinks at a cheap price, as well as offering a free breakfast of toast and spreads. Overall we had a lovely stay here and met lots of nice people.

I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights, and it was perfect. The staff were beyond lovely, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, plus there was free breakfast / tea and coffee available. Some may consider it a bit far from the centre, (took an hour walking + train), however transport was easy and stations (train/ bus) were in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back :)

The best hostel experience I’ve ever been in. The staff was so kind with the everything and they gave us the best recommendations and this was my best hostel experience! Would definitely recommend everyone who wants visit Singapore and will come back!!

I booked this hostel as its by far the cheapest hostel I came across in Singapore. Positives: Tony is a great host, really welcoming and knowledgeable. There are some really nice bars and food places in the Joo Chiat area It's about a 10 minute walk from the bus station, so an easy route from the airport. Free tea and coffee all day Negatives: This place is quite dirty, everything needs a really good clean, from the bathrooms, bedrooms and common rooms. You have to put your own sheets on the bed when you get there, and moving the mattress to do this, you can see the state of the bedframes There was one bathroom on our floor, there was 8 in our room and at least another bedroom, it's no where near enough Common room could be such a nice place but it's so cluttered, it needs a real tidy. WiFi only works in the common room This place has potential but no care in the place which is a shame
