LOVE IT BECAUSE: - huge 81sqm or 872sqft for our corner one-bedroom deluxe apartment - comfortable living room, dining area, full kitchen with utensils, microwave and crockery all provided, walk-in wardrobe, study, gigantic bathroom with double sinks - availability to add an extra bed - Subway, an Italian restaurant, a cafe, a good supermarket and a 24-hour MacDonald's right downstairs - 3-minute walk to Stevens MRT station which was one of the quietest and most peaceful stations in Singapore (because most residents here drive cars...), one bus stop from Adam Road Food Centre, two MRT subway stations to Orchard Road - relaxing water fountain, outdoor pool and mini garden in the inner courtyard felt like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of town COMMON CONCERNS FROM OTHERS: - about noise - we didn't encounter any noise because we asked the Manager way in advance for a room facing the inner roads and not the main road - about staff - most staff here are simple and down-to-earth, while they may not seem the most professional in terms of mannerisms like those in 5-star hotels, but they're actually all super friendly. Love chatting with the night guard who also gave us tips on which gate is closer and when the supermarket's closing! TIPS: - bring your own shampoo, conditioner and shower foam. They only provide one of each for our entire stay, and top-ups are chargeable.

I used to like this place. Sad to see how bad management results in a run down place. The worst was the old windows not keeping out the street noise from the busy Bukitima road. This made it difficult to sleep. We hope the place gets back to what is was before.
