Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay - Mobile App Check-In

While reasonable overall, there are issues that need to addressed and other annoyances which impacted my stay. The room was too noisy. Was put on the ground floor (after requesting a quiet room) and throughout the day and night people coming and going closing the entrance door and talking loudly in the hallway. Right next to a phone call booth (with digital concierge) which is on loud speaker. The single room is too small, where you can't even properly pull out the chair from your desk because it is pushed against the bed. The amenities are a bit miserable. Yes, it's a single room, but there's a only 1 bath towel for the entire stay duration. Not even a spare. No toothbrush provided, when even hostels provide these for free. The hot water needs to be switched on in advance before shower, and even when you do, threes a burst of extremely hot water, which then cools rapidly and with a minute or two there's no hot water left at all. There is mold in the bathroom, as seen in pics. I have stayed at this property before in different rooms (which were good), but I don't think I'll be coming back, at the very least not to this room type that is for certain.

The location was superb! We were checking in at 2 am and the staff respond to us quite fast. I love that could walk to tourist spots within 15 mins. Even though there is a construction next to the building, we couldnt hear anything. However, we didnt know how to turn on hot water, so we were shower with cold water for the first 3 nights and maids wont clean the room if you are not stay up to 7 nights. But other than that we had a great stay.

place was super nice and comfy, thank you to vannie maica and edmar for making the room so clean and warm for individuals looking for a mini getaway too! the place had an aircon,tv,microwave,fridge,utensils, hot showers, soaps, water jugs, cups, literally had everything i needed to feel at home location wise was great too had so many options to choose from with a seven eleven right downstairs, malls nearby and 5 mins walk to the mrt

Great location and a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and well designed, and the team was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Edmar, Maica, and Vannie for their warm hospitality and quick assistance. Nice and clean hotel, I really will recommend it to all friends. I also got to know this hotel from an influencer from Malaysia and that's why I need to try it.... Super easy digital usage. Even my room is next to the main road but the noise is not very loud, quiet also overall, nice 👍

Hotel location was very nice and I could go everywhere very easily~ And hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable~ Whenever I asked something, they responded very quickly throughout Whatsapp~ so very convenient And I asked keep my luggages when I checked out~ and I could take my bag easily~~ Thank you for Trisha,Edmar and Shannen~ I really appreciation of your kindness and quick response
