4/5Very GoodBook for Anniversary + Christmas Celebration for my wife but was surprised that amenities request was not in system eventhough I did call beforehand and indicated in booking. Child amenities request and baby cot were also not in system but we were lucky they have cot available that day. We were also provided conflicted information at point of booking via call that we can bring child to lounge to dine in a corner such as not to disturb other guest but was told child was not allowed when on site. The more disappointed one is that we have to take turn to go for our evening canapés while one look after our children in the room and what shock us more is that there were actually guest that brought child along dining there. Initially was also denied dining at the lounge stating that we got upgraded to club room instead of booking that but glad they manage to double check and resolve it. The communication could definitely be improved. We do love our room and the breakfast spread!

4.5/5ExcellentAn almost perfect stay. Check in was very easy and fuss free. The bath’s fantastic, amenities - luxurious. Asked for a quiet room - I got a quiet room on a quiet floor. Food selection however at the club lounge was not fantastic, it was in fact far below expectations - definitely not as great as pre-pandemic times. Not recommended for anyone to opt for club room benefits. Tables at the club lounge were not the cleanest either. But the breakfast buffet spread was awesome and delicious, tables there were much cleaner. Overall, it was a luxurious, quiet, rejuvenating stay.
