4.2/5Very GoodLocation in middle of orchard so convenient, room is clean and well designed in a white modern theme. Overall service is amazing except for front desk, check in was slow and confusing. No sign or barriers to show how to queue but u could only queue for some counters to check in the rest is for check out. So I queue for nothing for awhile then had to requeue a different queue at 2.45pm only to be told to come back later at 3pm. Then I had to queue again…. And even at 3pm they told me room not done w final inspection, still had to wait. Information was conveyed in a rather “nth I can do” attitude, I asked then what time it will be ready, the lady cannot give me a answer. The hotel has different lift lobbies which are further apart, check in personnel didn’t bother telling me which lift lobby I should go for my room and I went to the most obv one which was incorrect, wasted more time hunting for the room. However, maybe it was a just one situation. House keeping staff were helpful and friendly. Room is modern and cool. Alittle expensive for the room price, just abit more can go stay at better 5 star hotels as swimming pool is small with no view.
