The overall room was clean. However, the room was very smelly. Only 2 bottles of mineral water provided throughout the 3 days stay, can't request for more.

The location is ok . Aircon is good and But the blanket too thin and not enough to cover . All good and will come again

Had been staying here for couple of times. This time long stay as it’s near to my own home so it’s convenient whenever I need to be back to do some errands service here so far is ok except for 1 Chinese lady whom I believe is the boss of the property has no customer service. Things that can be done like extending of stay and pay later as people still sleeping. Keep coming up and pester you to do payment even though you’re still in your sleep. Giving excuse that if not paid the system will show the room as vacant. And it will affect the booking as people might book and will create confusion or something. I didn’t know that the system is so bad that it can’t even block as booked. But funny thing is when there’s still room available, the system showed as full.

The carpet on the rooms should be removed because it is smelly and old. The toilet is very good. But other room amenities should be improved. The location is very good and safe.

Just a normal hotel for short stay,there is a pub right below it and lucky I'm not staying on that side,if not I'm sure I can't sleep well...

Room price was changed after my booking. They give only two bottles of water per booking, not for each day. Location is nice, close to MRT.
