Fragrance Hotel - Oasis

Went through the pretty complicated and troublesome steps in checking in and getting the digital key and a physical room card key {just in case} at the reception and finally only gotten to my room where the air conditioner was not working..alas! Called reception several times but no one answered. Had to go down again to the reception and asked for help! The staff said he would get the people in charge to fix it. I was told that it would take about 15~20 minutes. I then asked to change to another room instead! This time I just asked for the physical room card key instead to save all the trouble! I guess the Checking In App was not so useful after all! Sighhhhh.. Had to go back to the room to get my stuff and then went to the new room to settle my stuff and then went back to the reception again to return the previous physical room key! Done all that all by myself! I was pretty upset and annoyed but was rather calm and didn’t show it! Mentioned it to the rather nonchalant staff at the reception that it had cost me much time and inconvenience! It was a world of difference when I last stayed in March last year! The staff at the reception, Wing Kei’s service was impressive and impeccable! I guess he is now no longer there anymore! That was such a pity! All else were still acceptable for a short stay. Thank you.

Staff are polite and friendly . We stay for 1 night but we request to stay for few more hour just top up $50 till 6pm .  the location is pretty perfect that if you want to eat McDonald’s you just cross opposite then if you want to eat Chinese food you can just go beside have Bak Kut Teh is awesome . Is our 3rd time check in here .  previously, was walking . Will  recommend my friends and family to stay there.

Clean room with helpful staff, they are practicing online check in which is super cool and few steps away, and the workers are very friendly too. There’s a bus stop right in front and it is easy to hop around

Comfortable bed, always change the towel and bedings 😊. Lastly with nice staffs

The hallway smells damp I think you need to deep clean the carpet. Otherwise, all good for an affordable stay. It’s right infront of a bus stop so very convenient. Bit far from attractions so need to plan more time ahead.
