I've stayed here before (back when it was the Fragrance Hotel - Pearl), and this time I returned for 3 nights with my family and our kid. The online check-in was a fantastic time-saver. Honestly, the staff were the highlight—super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had all the essentials. Just a heads-up, there's a tap for drinking water, so no bottled water is provided. My only real issues were with housekeeping. They'd ring early just to hand off towels and bags, but then they wouldn't actually clean the room or empty the bins later. Also, they never refilled the complimentary coffee and tea sachets once, which was a bit disappointing.

Hotel is in a good location with good amenities given the pricing.

Nice place to stay, Clean and Friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable to stay. Near bus stops. Minutes away to attractions. The downside is it is located in red district in geylang and many indian bystanders. Overall compared to other hotels in geylang, Ibis is the best and clean and had a comfortable stay

Such a nice hotel yo stay. Not too far from bus station yet need a bus to reach MRT Station. But all for all its a nice accommodation to stay. Close to convenient store too.

Comfortable stay overall, picked this hotel as it was the nearest to singapore indoor stadium.Simple hotel with basic needs, about 15mins walk to the nearest MRT, price is fair,acceptable, 2nd time staying here, nothing else to say, overall money worth

Well, I could stay only one night there, but I would like to highlight whatever I came accross. Location is a bit disappointing and far from city centre. Besides this, the stay was good. The reception staff was also good and cooprative. Hope to imrove and make it even better for their clients.

If you're looking for clean and affordable accommodation, the Ibis Budget is perfect. We're a family of 8 and booked two superior rooms, each of which had a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms were clean - albeit compact - and had everything you need (except a fridge).

If you like cramped rooms , paper thin walls and bed bugs to keep you company while sleeping, then go for it!

The hotel was clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you 10/10
