PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

All good except 1 thing, we still can hear voices (not sure came from where) no matter it’s in level 10 or level 18. We called up and asked for this, reception offered us an upgrade of room which can see the fantastic night view of MBS!

My stay at Parkroyal Collection, Marina was awesome! The hotel is conveniently located beside Marina Square and near multiple shopping malls and attractions. The hotel has a very beautiful interior design and great facilities. Furthermore, the staff are friendly and welcoming. In addition, the room is spacious and clean!

The receptionist made me uncomfortable when I checked in at the Hotel. He asked me whether I wanted to add on pay for breakfast. I said I had booked including breakfast. Then He repeatedly looked at his monitor and told me that the hotel room I had booked did not include breakfast. I told him again that I was sure I had booked including breakfast for two person. I often asked him if he was sure, and he kept answered, "Yes, it is without breakfast. He did seriously looking into the monitor” Since I believed I was booking with breakfast, I took out my phone from my bag then I checked my reservation. I showed him my booking details from my phone. Surprisingly, he only need few seconds to checked my phone like short glitch from far away, then he looked back at his monitor. But this time, he said, “Oh yes, with breakfast,” without bothering to say the simple word of “sorry” to fix the inconvenience situation from previous wrong information that he had told me so many times at front of reception counter. Does he do the same thing with other guests? from other countries? Or he feel okay doing that if the guests are Singapore-local? Then what if the guest only follows what he said by paying for breakfast even though guest have booked the room with breakfast included? Hopefully, that is not a breakfast scam. I believe the ParkRoyal Hotel system perfectly fine and impossible showing the invalid reservation details information on their receptionist computer staff. ParkRoyal Collection group hotel staff can provide much better service than that The receptionist's name is Zach.

The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the L1 concierge. I was told that the check in is at L4 but they were nice enough to do the check in at L1 instead. Room was spacious, clean and all were working fine. Breakfast spread was AMAZING and food were so delicious! The pool was warm and the indoor kids room is awesome. Overall, a really great stay and we look forward to coming back again!

Well located with plenty of options from Marina Square, and a nice and insta worthy atrium. The vibes have significantly improved since the facelift a few years back. The Marina Bay view room has a view to boast; comes with bath tub and Nespresso machine, and we liked that they offered filter water instead of bottled water. Amenities is a little basic though, wine glasses are not default, and the ‘lounge chair’ is, well basic. There is ample space for a nicer lounger in the room. Check in and out can be a long wait, so do perform your online check in and out! Nonetheless, a great stay!

Kids love the playroom and the pool. The pool could be cleaner, but they had fun anyway. Staff at check in and check out were efficient and helpful. Convenient location, easy access to good food and views.

i booked an urban suite to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves to the max. the hotel system was down when we were checking in, but our front desk staff, Rosy, explained the situation to us, gave us a beverages voucher to enjoy a drink each while we waited for our key cards at the lounge, and even personally came over to hand us the cards once the room was ready. shortly after we checked in, a staff member from the collection club lounge dropped by the room and gave my fiancé a mini cake, a box of chocolates, and a birthday card. we went to the collection club lounge for evening cocktails and were surprised with a bread pudding platter with a lighted candle to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and managed to catch the ndp rehearsal's fireworks show. overall, the interactions we had with the staff members were exceptional, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of, everywhere we went. the urban suite room was very clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the cbd area. having stayed in many hotels in singapore, this is by far the best room and experience ive had.

Bad customer experience and journey. I rejected the pre-arranged smoking room, but the hotel stated that no available non-smoking room could be served to me even though I made the special request for a non-smoking room requisition before room confirmation through Trip. com.

Waited for a while for the room to be ready due to the high ocuppancy rate. The staff was polite and helpful. We were given a padang view room at the highest level. The view was good, and we were able to watch the NDP parade from far and the fireworks as well!!! Was not very satisfied with the bed as I found it a little too soft, didn't give a good support to my back. But anyway, overall, it is still a good short break for me. Thanks to the staff who had served me during my stay!
