We had a wonderful experience, made even more memorable by the exceptional service from Fifi at the Front Desk and Sri Saifirman at the Concierge.
Fifi was incredibly proactive, attentive and provided superb customer service. Her genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.
Sri was always all smiles whenever we walked past, making us feel genuinely welcomed every single time. His positive attitude and friendly presence added a special touch to our experience.
As we were celebrating our anniversary, we were especially touched that Fifi and Sri actually took the effort to look for us. When they couldn’t find us in our room, they even searched for us on Level 22 just to make sure they could deliver their surprise. That level of thoughtfulness and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.
The rooms were also fantastic ,beautifully maintained, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. They were spotless, well-equipped and made our stay even more enjoyable.
