I saw that the hotel had good reviews on various websites, so I booked a two-bedroom hotel for 9 nights well in advance, thinking that the whole family could stay together. I stayed in room 1108 for two nights and couldn't stand the noise from the air conditioner in the room. I downloaded the APP at 3 a.m. and measured the indoor noise at 50 decibels. After reporting it to the front desk early in the morning, they did not send anyone to check. Instead, they directly said that they could change rooms but asked us to wait in the room until noon. No results, but the voice in the living room was measured at 65 decibels. After further negotiation, we were agreed to check out. Later, Ctrip's check-out process was severely hindered and the hotel did not agree to refund. After Ctrip's efforts, the final 9-night stay was 2 days of stay, 3 days of refund, and the other 4 days were deducted by the hotel for no reason🥶. 1. The hotel facilities are very old and not like they were renovated in 2011. In addition to the noise from the air conditioner, the flushing sound of the bathroom toilet is loud enough to wake up anyone who is sleeping. I don’t know if it’s just for our room. 2. The service was so bad. After we complained, they didn't send anyone to check at all. They directly told us to change rooms, but there was no action. They just asked us to wait. Their attitude was very polite. 3. In the communication with Ctrip, the hotel lied many times. First, it said that we insisted on leaving the hotel, and then it said that it had communicated with us about the noise decibel issue. In short, this hotel must be booked for multiple days and paid in advance, so please consider it carefully. I also hope that Ctrip can conduct an on-the-spot investigation into the real condition of the hotel. The pictures below show the decibel levels in the bedroom at 3 am and in the living room at around 9 am. After that, I switched to Fraser Residence Orchard and the same APP measured 42 decibels in the living room during the day, so the APP data is relatively reliable.
