Great location and spacious one bedroom unit, worth the charge. Limited breakfast option so there’s room for improvement.

For other people who might book this place ,just remember there are no houseskeeping on the weekends so if you stay during the weekends,in my case, there are 4days no complementary available. Such as teabags, clean tower, garbage, clean, etc.. but they have guests relaxing room, you can always go there have a cup of tea.🍵 For me, First day was quite depressed and disappointed,view from our room was not pleasant, not only directly facing another building but had quite tiny space. It was family trip with my parents, I felt so bad especially before I book this place I did fully hotel research, I actually want to forget about my none redouble full payment and changed to another hotel, Thank you Alyson & Julian, an elegant lady with black short hair,big smile and her kind colleague help us changed to another much better room at the second day. Must say, they save me from the stress and anxiety from this trip. I truly and sincerely appreciate their hospitality and kindness.thank you so much and wish them all the best.( I kept this name paper with me as my lucky charm : )

It’s located in downtown and very easy to access public transportation, MRT is just beside and 2 mins away from bus stop.

This was my third stay. The first two times I booked directly through their website and the experience was okay; I'm already a Titanium member. This time, I brought my child and family to Singapore. Initially, the website showed no rooms available at that time, but a few days later I saw they were available on Ctrip and booked directly. The experience was terrible. I requested beforehand that they arrange a quieter room on a higher floor, but when we arrived, we were on the lowest floor (3rd floor), right next to a construction site. When I asked the staff member who showed us to the hotel if they had any rooms, he said he'd check. I went downstairs with him to buy some things, and he told me to go buy some and he'd check when I came back. When I returned, he was off work (￣∇￣), and a different person said there were no rooms available and I'd have to wait a few days to change. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and after communicating with them, they said there were rooms available again??? Honestly, I could understand if there were no rooms available, but this kind of situation where they have rooms but refuse to give them to me is hard to understand. It just shows that Ctrip has a bad relationship with them; Ctrip members only get the worst rooms. I'm so angry!!! The water heater broke down and leaked in the middle of the night after only a few days of staying, and I didn't sleep well all night. I stayed on the 8th floor, near the road, and could hear music outside on weekends (not to mention the street noise, consider it white noise). It was okay for adults, but I highly recommend it if you have children, as it will disturb their early sleep. In short, I strongly advise against it. Also, booking directly includes an airport transfer service, which isn't available through Ctrip.

Location: The hotel is in a great location! It is very close to several major shopping malls on Orchard Road. Downstairs you can directly access the subway station and 313 shopping mall, various restaurants and supermarkets. There are also two children's playgrounds next to the mall where you can take your kids for a walk. Hygiene: The apartment is very new and cleaned very well. It's just a bit stingy that capsule coffee and body lotion were only given on the first day of stay and were not replenished for the next 6 days. Breakfast: There are fewer styles, but they change every day. The taste is so-so. Disadvantages: If it rains at night, it's really frustrating! Because the raindrops will hit the metal plate of the facade and make a crackling sound. It's really like knocking a gong in your ear all night. It's too exaggerated. Ding ding dong all night. How can it be designed like this. . Unfortunately, it rained heavily during the four nights we were there. We were woken up many times at night and couldn't sleep well. . Other things are pretty good and very satisfied. The air conditioning system is also very good. It doesn't blow on the bed at all. You can feel the wind blowing

The room is big enough, with complete facilities and hygienic environment, but the breakfast is average. The front desk service was slow and the communication took too long when checking in, especially on the tenth day when the water pipe suddenly broke and leaked a lot. I asked to change the room, but the front desk kept shirking and said that they needed to evaluate before changing. How could I continue to live with the floor flooded? Later, I reluctantly changed the room. We stayed for more than ten days, but unfortunately the service needs to be improved

There are 5 of us, and if we live with our kids, we would choose a hotel in the downtown area, with convenient transportation and two bedrooms. The breakfast is simple, but acceptable and sufficient.

The room layout is reasonable, the breakfast variety is not much but at least there is free fruit coffee. The tableware and kitchenware are in place, and the daily cleaning is good. I hope that when renewing the lease again, there will be no mandatory minimum of 6 days.

Facilities: There is a living room and dining room in the room. The refrigerator and tableware are all available. The bed and quilt in the room are super comfortable. There is also a washing and drying machine, which is very convenient for travel. There is a breakfast area, swimming pool and gym on the second floor of the hotel. There is a public living room on the 11th floor with massage chairs and a billiards table. Cleanliness: The rooms and public areas are very clean, and even the mysophobic teammates are impeccable. Environment: It is near the Somerset MRT, and there are also bus stops nearby, which can lead directly to Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay. There is 313 downstairs, where you can go shopping and eat, which is very convenient. Service: The service is great. There are not many choices for breakfast but the quality is good. Apart from the price being a bit expensive, nothing else can be faulted.
