Love the stay. Daily housekeeping, except weekends and PH

I recently booked my 9-day stay at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Singapore through Trip.com, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and well-maintained rooms, exceptional service, and prime location that made exploring the city so convenient. Feel like home here, so convenient! Near supermarket, raffle hospital, not far from public transportation

Great location

Two bedrooms and one living room, spacious and with good views. Convenient transportation around. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, suitable for long-term stays. There are ants in the room, which is common in tropical countries. The bathroom facilities in the hotel are not sufficient.

Very clean, good service, good room, very good bed and pillow, very comfortable. However, those with strollers and a lot of luggage should consider carefully. The most troublesome hotel is that there is no elevator that can directly reach the taxi station, and it is very inhumane to go around. The apartment is the same as the hotel. The hotel needs the doorman to help carry it down, which is very embarrassing. I go out several times a day, and every time I consider whether to give a tip, I don’t give them a tip, they serve me and work hard. In short, those who don’t have this concern can consider it.

The room is quite big, and the facilities are average, which is actually pretty good in a place like Singapore.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 1 month stay here. The front desk & housekeeping staff were always friendly & helpful with anything I needed. A special shoutout to Cindy for being so attentive & responsible throughout my stay.

We stayed 7 nights in the lovely 2 bedroom suite. It had everything needed for a family on vacation as there was a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The staff on duty at the front desk were extremely friendly and loved playing with my daughter. They spent time saying hi to her making her comfortable and made her smile. Cindy even made the effort to purchase toys for her to experience what growing up pre millennium felt like. There was another lady who I forgot her name and she gave us very handy tips on which buses to catch. House keeping staff were great and very accomodating as well. The best part of the apartment was the view was excellent and it kept my daughter entertained for hours. The location was great as it was just opposite many eateries and Arab street. Family friendly malls were also a short bus ride away. Happy with the stay here and would definitely recommend it for young families.

There was never a need to ask twice—she is remarkably efficient and ensures everything is handled with a "can-do" attitude. ​The Gold Standard of Hospitality: It’s rare to find someone who balances such a friendly, bubbly personality with total professional competence. She genuinely cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every interaction. ​Cindy is a massive asset to the PARKROYAL team. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands with her at the desk. I’ll definitely be back, largely because of the high standard of service she provides!

Cindy provide excellent service at entertaining me and my family during our stay. We truly enjoyed talking to her whenever we returned HOME here. Cindy service was top notch . She also invited us to a Christmas event this year Which become a highlight of our stay We definitely return to stay here when we return Singapore.

When I needed assistance, she offered prompt responses with a lovely smile and positive recommendations. I would definately stay again just for Cindy.. I arrived very late on my arrival date and thanks to Cindy, the check in was smooth sailing closer to midnight. Appreciates all the help.
