這家康萊德以前是麗晶，再早還是四季，後來翻新成了康萊德。中庭的設計很有特色，12層的挑高，光線從玻璃頂透下來，看着很舒服。電梯特別像一個鳥籠，扶梯是螺旋的，旁邊還有些綠植，路過順手拍了幾張，還挺出片的。
位置很方便，離烏節路核心區不遠，走路到ION、義安城也就10來分鐘。想逛街的話，住這兒挺合適。不過離地鐵站有點距離，走過去大概8分鐘，附近還有兩個公交站，線路也多，不想走路就打車。去植物園走路15分鐘，打車也就8新幣左右，我去了兩趟，來回都挺順。
這次住的豪華大床房，空間在新加坡算可以的，住着不擠。房間裏是沙色、奶油色加淡綠色的搭配，牆上還有一些版畫，看着挺舒服。浴室裏的洗護用品是Byredo的Mojave ghost，味道我挺喜歡。茶水吧有免費餅乾和 TWG茶包（其他都是收費的）。不過有個缺點，廁所門關不上
酒店不提供瓶裝水，房間裏有直飲龍頭，説是為了環保，新加坡好多酒店好像都這樣。但杯子總覺得不太敢隨便用，建議來的時候自己帶個水杯。洗護用品是大瓶裝的，牙刷不會主動給，找客房要會給，但不會每天換新的，用完得自己收好。
早餐在二樓的Basilico餐廳，跟泳池連着。去的時候前台提醒説9點左右可能要排隊，建議我們早點去。我們去的時候服務生還主動問要咖啡還是茶，這點挺貼心的。早餐裏的牛肉麪味道不錯，聽煮麪師傅的口音像廣東人。不過菜品每天都差不多，住了四天，吃來吃去還是這幾樣有點膩。
服務方面，碰到的員工都很友好，好多會説中文，溝通起來不費勁。入住的時候帶了孩子，孩子生日提前寫了郵件，酒店送了蛋糕。

那天到的時候已經很晚了，辦理入住又等了很久，人都是暈的。前台把我的手機拿去check in，辦好他人就走了.然後也沒有還給我，直到我去了房間發現手機不見了，回頭去找發現他們還放在吧枱裏面，另外這個酒店提供的也不像攜程裏面提到的是戴森的吹風機衹是一個很普通的吹風機，另外他是提供直飲水，如果你需要礦泉水的話，需要跟他要。在一個就是房間很小，也沒有浴缸，周圍可以選的酒店太多了，這家絕對不推薦，定這裏也是看評論，方便去動物園！而且地毯上還有蟲子在爬，沒有感受到任何的服務和金沙還有聖淘沙的逸豪都沒有可比性。

整體服務優質，但空調問題嚴重影響睡眠體驗
入住期間，酒店的服務團隊表現專業，禮賓、前台及客房服務都令人滿意。但遺憾的是，**房間空調系統存在嚴重問題**，極大影響了我的入住體驗。
**具體問題**：
每天深夜，空調會自動將温度上調至28°C左右（疑似系統預設或故障），導致多次被熱醒，不得不手動重新調節。新加坡氣候炎熱潮濕，適宜的室温對睡眠至關重要，此問題讓我連續多晚無法安睡，白天精神疲憊。
**建議**：
1. 請工程部門檢查空調控制系統，排查夜間自動調温的原因。
2. 若為節能設定，建議在客人入住時主動説明，或允許通過面板鎖定温度。
3. 對受影響客人提供補償
