This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and experienced in Singapore. And I’ve flown in to Singapore maybe easily 20 times in my life, but this is by far my worst experience. And to and things worst, it was when I brought my family along with me. The state of the hotel is horrible. Full of dust, molds, dirt and pretty much run down. I tried to ask for a refund and the hotel denied it, despite not getting money back; we left and moved to another hotel. This experience was shocking and deceiving. Do not stay in this hotel. And trip should seriously consider removing it from its portfolio.

No proper cleaning as there is only one cleaner .Cock web round ceiling and also small insects flying around the room. Toilet/shower too small for big size persons.
