Hotel isn’t the most convenient but you get lots of peace and quietness. Was surprised that the bathrobes had to be requested. Breakfast was also below average. Lack of variety and quality, regreted the purchase. Sourdough bread seems to have been there for days. But other then that, hotel room has high ceilings and big mirrors and I’m a big fan of the colonial design!

A very pleasant stay! I have always had a good impression of the hotels under the Far East Group. This time I stayed at the Adina Apartment. As expected, it was still very pleasant. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The beds were just like ours at home. Our house keeper didn't speak English only Chinese but she was amazing and made our place look and smell amazing everyday. We would go to breakfast and by the time we got back our room was done. Decor is dated but it doesn't detract from how amazingly clean everything is. Din at reception was awesome on our arrival and only too happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and only a short walk to the MRT plus they have a shuttle that runs on a timetable to go to Orchard Rd. Overall a fantastic place.

A lot of surprises, the service attitude is super good, I don't understand why the score is only 4.2 points. As soon as I got off the taxi, a staff member came to ask if it was a guest. The answer was yes, a few staff members came to help carry the luggage. The equipment in the room is not clear how to use it, and a staff member came to deal with it immediately. The cleaning of the room is super clean, it is not an exaggeration to describe it as spotless. The feeling of living in an apartment is different from a hotel. There is a washing machine, you can do laundry, there is an induction cooker, you can cook your own food, and there is a refrigerator, everything is there, the room is large and fully equipped, it is really at home. Shopping is convenient. The pictures on the Internet are not as good as the actual rooms. It is recommended that you do your homework on the pictures. In short, if I live in Meimei, I will choose their apartment next time I go uphill. By the way, praise our Ctrip customer service MM, and repeatedly helped me to coordinate and communicate with the hotel for the request I provided, and the service attitude is also very good.

I recently stayed at The Roberston House by The Crest collection and wanted to share my experience. While there were positive aspects, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my overall stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed bits and pieces of shattered glass on the floor. This was concerning as it posed a safety risk, and I recommend the hotel to pay extra attention to cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the toilet door knob was faulty, making it inconvenient during my stay. I reported these issues to the hotel staff, and I must commend them for their responsiveness. Despite three complaints, the staff was kind enough to offer a room upgrade, which improved our experience significantly. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, and I hope the hotel continues to prioritize maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. But nevertheless, thank you for the kind gesture of sending a slice of birthday cake.

We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

Stayed there for a night fully paid using cash (not using singapore rediscover voucher) the boutique hotel is located just behind LKY Oxley home. Walking distance was 10 mins away from Orchard Central. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The hotel provides toiletries and we had our breakfast using the hotel voucher at Artisan Boulangerie Co located at Killiney Road which is 3 mins Walking distance with a choice of pastry and offered a top up of drink to large size at $1.05. The hotel is only a 2 storey property. Front desk staff was polite except that they were rushing through telling us the T&C and house rules of the hotel and there was a $100 deposit charged to my credit card which may take some time for the refund. Sound proof isn't that good as we keep hearing sounds of slamming door whenever someone opens their room door. Unfortunately the neighbour beside my room keeps singing like a crow and as the outerside of the showing area is partially enclosed, so we can hear it loud and clear in our room. Didn't get to use the pool due to the location as it is just right underneath the walkway to the lobby. There is no privacy as whoever enter or exit the hotel is able to just look down and that is where the pool is. Although it is clean and spacious but given the location and the condition of the hotel not being sound proof, I will not patronise again.

Good location, a short stroll to the MRT, or bus stop just outside the main entrance. Second stay with them! Booked a 3D2N to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Similar to my previous stay experience, everything was great but the staff members perfected my weekend. Called in earlier to request for an early check in so i could fill the room with some decoration. A very nice staff by the name of Ravi assisted me with this and I was greeted by the lobby with great hospitality. He also did his best to accommodate my request knowing that it’s a stay to celebrate a birthday and I really appreciate that. Went to a room at the highest level but unfortunately the room’s aircon was not working. Went to check with the front desk and the staff (dint get his name but starts with L) assisted me with a room exchange and unexpectedly got a room upgrade. Do note the pictures are of the Deluxe room! Deluxe room was way more spacious that superior and if i’m not wrong the tv is also slightly bigger! Aircon works well and tv is able to connect via screen mirror (don’t work with apple) and bluetooth music (music plays with screen off). Hairdryer was strong and a really good size as it’s easy for more petite users. Housekeeping staff were extremely polite, and just as friendly as the front desk members. They were also able to accommodate to late house keeping but do note that they end at 5PM so latest would be around 4.30PM! If there is anything that would better the stay, it would be the inclusion of hair conditioners in the shower, sanitary bag in the toiletries and a water spray next to the toilet bowl. Thank you for making this stay a great one for my partner and I. Will definitely return again! Highly recommend!

The location is very good. It takes five minutes to walk to a 24-hour supermarket, and ten minutes to a big shopping mall or subway station. The rooms are very large and spacious, and you can even cook some (no oil) meals. The washing machine can dry clothes and has a drying rack.
