Overall from counter to room services is great.room is spacious and comes w outdoor seating.only thing need to feedback is while we are cleaning the bathtub using bath tub tap,the water coming out is yellow in color w some black particles.we allow the water to clear.then 2nd time the water is normal already.u may wan to look again on this issues for your future customers who may be using the bath tub. Like to thank all staffs n managements who has prepare the bday setup and slice of cake for my gf. Will be back again.

The counter staff and house keeping staff are warm and helpful. They are considerate for my mum, who is wheelchair bound. Fantastic Hotel! Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Check in was quick and easy, lifts work on a card and touch screen basis which is easy to use. Reception extended our room till 2pm free of charge and not much extra to keep it till 6pm. As a western visitor i struggled finding reviews of the breakfast.... best ive had in years of visiting Singapore. Fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices and cereals. Breads, meats, salmon & pastries. Eggs boiled or fried on buffet but can order an omelette, sunnyside up eggs or poached eggs free of charge. Bacon, beans, mushrooms, asian breakfast inc sui mai,bao buns and noodles. Pancakes or waffles with berries and maple syrup. You wont go hungry. We had a twin deluxe room, lovely! Aircon and a ceiling fan both great. Lighting works off a panel.on the wall but easy enough to work. Cleaned every day, iron and ironing board in room and great hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable. Pool area was lovely and quiet. Pool not deep so great for families too. Pool towels provided and food and drinks served at pool. Honestly, apart from no hangers in the wardrobe i couldn't find a fault (ive spend over 20yrs in travel industry so can easily be critical). I would definitely stay here again!

Reviewing their breakfast! Please try to book breakfast if you are staying here. It will be at 15 Stamford. Their variety is impressive and they have pretty signages too. And they also offer sparkling wine! And eggs benedict is included under their egg station. How cool are these! Must try include their smoked salmon eggs benedict, nasi lemak, bread station with different muffin daily, salad bar and of coz sparkling wine if you are an adult. Their tea comes in pretty teapots too!

We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

minimalist vibe, notions of Japanese, soft music playing in the background like the onsens in Japan but its more funky. This place is a perfect blend of value, location, freindlyness and so clean. I watched Shan one of the staff clean the ownstairs area one morning when I was working on my laptop in the lobby, he was amazing, so diligent and detail orientated with the job in hand. Earlier that day I had messed up my booking as did not include my last night which was the 5th night, they were fully booked, but Fiqah was so sweet and tried to shuffle things around and managed to get me a bed for the night.. Esther also helped me a number of times throughout my stay with a cheerful ”can do” attitude. I am a recruiter and I dont know what Kinn is doing during through hiring process, but this team is 1st class, unbelievable level of care and attention for the customer. This is the second time i stayed in Kinn within 3mths, the time before I had a issue with my back due to an old injury, one morning I could not bend down to put my shoes on and I embarrasingly asked Fiqah to help me put my socks on and help me tie my shoes before I had to go to a meeting, can you imagine being asked that by a guest in Singapore, but you know what, she didnt hesitate, smiling and helping me as I sat there in awe of her incredible humble service orientated attitude. This is the kind of place to you don't want to tell everyone who awesome it is because you want to e able to get a booking next time im in town, you dont want to tell the world what a fantastic job this place is doing in case the next time I come its already fully booked!! Do not miss this awesome place to stay if you are coming to Singapore!

We stayed here for 24 hours as we were “in transit”. Great location near an MRT and shops/cafes/Starbucks. Easy walk up to Chinatown. Rooms were small but adequate. We had one single and 2 doubles all with no windows. For 24 hours they were perfectly fine. Hallways and hotel was a little tired looking and the back entrance is in an alleyway. Only gripe would be that we contacted hotel to say we wouldn’t be there till after 11 pm and they assured us the reception was manned 24 hours - but it wasn’t. And when you arrive after a long trip and just want to check in you can get a bit grumpy - we ended up having to ring the fit act number through the website to find someone. Other then that the hotel was fine for what it was used for.

The hotel is just in-front of Clarke Quay MRT, it’s very convenient to go to the Central Mall and just a kilometre away from Chinatown, you can just walk for a few minutes. I stayed for a day in this hostel. The check-in process is easy and they let us store our bags and come back. The highlight of my stay is the politeness of the staff with the people staying at their accommodation. Location is great. It is near the metro station, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The facility is well-maintained. Would stay here again if I ever came back to Singapore. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of my bed and the other facilities but it was decent. There’s a karaoke bar nearby but it doesn’t affect my sleep.

first time in Singapore as a solo traveller, staying at hotel absolutely made my trip worth it. after a long day of walking and exploring; coming back to my hotel was a highlight. it's close to a lot of local bars and restaurant, 30 mins from the Garden by the bay. hotel is always clean, the staff are shy but friendly when you get to talking to them. the room are perfect for a solo traveller, with the shower and toilet separated and great size too. if l go back to Singapore l will definitely stay with them again. this is my first review for anything.

Location is good, that's all. The hotel is very dirty and messy, full of things (boxes, shoese, laundry and so on) in the corridore and stair case. The room is dark and furnitures are old. The staircase which supposed to be the emergency exit is full of different things. Aircon is old and lack of maintenance, made a lot of noice. No separation between toilet and shower room, so the toilet canbe wet. The cups and glasses are washed on spot, so the lip mark stayed on the cups, So watch out when you have to use. The water provided is in a jar, which no idea where it comes from and how long it has been there. Suggest you buy your own water. The safety box is not fixed in the room, easily to be removed, did not feel really safe. The light was flickering and eventually died out. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridore and in the room.

There’s a food court in ChinaTown 10 minutes from the hotel with local prices. There’s also many coffee shops across the Main Street, you’d need to cross on the overpass. U can buy universal adapter for chargers at Cheers if needed. It’s also very close to Marina bay.

The room was super clean, comfy and functional. All amenities provided, even washing powder to be used with the free laundry washer/dryer in the laundry room. You need a passport, and know how to use their mobile app to self check in and unlock the room door. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights, attracted primarily by the good price! The lady behind the check in desk was really kind and welcoming. We stayed on the top floor, where the double beds are situated above a small desk area like a bunk bed. While the space was quite small, it was everything we needed, complete with a safe and plenty of charging ports for int’l plugs and USBs. The bed was very comfy, and the curtain gave us good privacy. The lounge area was nice, with a simple kitchen area and plenty of books/games. The toilets on the top floor were very simple, not as nice as the toilet for the lower rooms but served it’s function just fine!! The showers were also fine, nothing special but they worked well. While not a massive issue, loud music could be heard slightly from the outside until around 3am, and with late arrival/leaving of guests, there was a fair amount of noise within the dorm itself on our second night. Overall I think this hostel is WELL worth the price. The location is excellent, a stones throw from Raffles Place and Clark Quay MRT stations. It doesn’t appear to be a very sociable hostel but it’s great for couples!!

The location was absolutely excellent! It was right in the heart of Boat Quay where you can step outside and immediately be surrounded by shops and restaurants along the waterway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was in a safe part of town so we felt comfortable walking around even during the nighttime. It's definitely a great deal if you're staying in Singapore and looking to save some money.
