The camping environment is ok, but the waiter in this store really wants to say something about ordering a takeaway and ask for help to deliver it. I can't sleep well at night, and I can't sleep well at night, partying and drinking outside until 3 or 4 o'clock is noisy and can't sleep well the next day When I left, I asked for help with the luggage. I was inexplicably murdered by the waiter. I really felt like I was paying for it.

Check-in and check-out breeze. 👍 Since school holidays over, it's quiet. We had great time together. Room is clean and spacious. Our room is on 2nd floor but we can still see the sea from inside. All walking distance to eateries, mall, waterpark and beach. 🥰👍

We stayed here for one night during our recent trip to Singapore. I love this hotel, it's perfect for a family trip. It has great facilities, lots of great swimming pools, great golf courses, gym and even a supermarket. In addition, there are many other facilities. We stayed in room 103, which was very nice and big. There was a swimming pool next door that was especially suitable for children. There were plenty of choices for meals, but there were no halal options, which was disappointing. But what makes us happy is that there is a subway here and there are many restaurants with delicious vegetarian food. The wifi was not free which was a bit surprising as we didn't expect to have to pay for the internet. However, overall the hotel is still very good.

Go here only if you are able-bodied and able to climb stairs, looking to escape humanity and don't mind the lack of facilities or having to take a shuttle bus to get anywhere, including the nearest place with shops, Changi Village. As other reviewers online have said, it is quite a walk to your room. This would have been fine with me if the lift hadn't been down for our first day (before we arrived, there was a hotelwide power cut), so we had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to our room from level 3. To get to the pool (at Civil Service Club Changi I, pictured) or Pasir Ris MRT, you need to take the shuttle bus too. As this is an events and conference hotel, the conference hall just behind the lobby has constant drilling all day while backdrops are being set up, making the lobby not so relaxing to sit in. Our room had a mini-fridge and was quite big, amenities inside were fine, with the usual dental kits, shower caps, soap, and the Nespresso machine was an interesting addition. The hotel restuarant White Olive is expensive for the area and seems quite desolate and empty after breakfast though it is manned. The breakfast buffet there was good though, just that the coffee machine runs out of coffee by 915am and staff do not check on this even though breakfast is from 7am to 10am. There is a chef cooking fried eggs. Proximity to Changi Boardwalk was interesting. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to the disabled or elderly, or people who want a happening stay. This hotel is for people who just want to escape the city.

The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.
