This is an excellent hotel with a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from the City Hall subway station. The ambiance is fantastic – it feels spacious and elegant, is spotlessly clean, and boasts excellent, well-appointed facilities. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and all services were impeccable. We had an early morning flight and couldn't wait for breakfast to open, so the restaurant thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us early in the morning and left it at the front desk, making it convenient for us to pick up when checking out. Five stars!

Service: the staff was so friendly, since it’s our graduation trip and the first time we visited singapore, we were so grateful that the rooms were upgraded and we had a great time throughout the trip! Environment: the toilet were cleaned and tidy, the soup smells really relaxing.

This stay has been a wonderful experience. We visited Singapore several years ago and stayed at this hotel, and for this trip we chose to return. The experience was just as great as before. In particular, we would like to thank the lobby manager, Thomas Wong. 👍👍He always greeted us with a warm smile and responded to our needs with great care and attention. On the day of check-in, he noticed that my daughter’s birthday would be at the end of August and thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for her as a surprise. She was absolutely delighted! Our family truly enjoyed a pleasant 4-night stay at Goodwood! 👍👍👍😊😊
