Location was very good. It was not that clean, there were no wash rags in my room. The office was not that friendly. The facility's were ok. The breakfast was decent.

Great, the room is spacious, and close to the highway, travel is very convenient, the price is low, the environment is very good, it is the most cost-effective hotel I booked in the past few days, there are sofa cabinets, writing desks, super,

Pros:  Beds were okay. Breakfast was good. Cons:  Hotel needs a major detailed cleaning. Room sofa had extreme amount of white dog hair still from previous guest. Dried milk stains on sofa and table chair. Bathroom sink would not drain. Shower has very slow drain. No hand towels...was told towels were in dryer - then told dryer won't work well enough to dry towels. Ice machine not working - was told I could go to nearest gas station for a bag. Young male desk clerk wanted to lounge in lobby as he talked through issues, not from behind desk. At 10:40pm another guest tried to get in our room - was given same room key! Owner at check out very nice. But not much he could do at that point but apologize over and over. No discount. Hopefully upgrades, cleaning and staff change will be in the near future.

Convenient location! We were stuck in Sioux Falls due to a snow storm. The hotel was very accommodating and the manager was very helpful. He ensured we were taken care of and kept informed of the weather situation.
